Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is in between two ding ding tram stations and less than 10 minutes walking from an MTR station. The area is in between two bustling areas and offers solitude as you start and end your days. With two adults and a toddler, the room felt a bit tight, but manageable. Our toddler enjoyed the bench seating by the window that offered a sliver of activity on Hennessy Road. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and prioritized comfort and cleanliness, even if it's a quick tidy-up. In our hurry to depart on our last day, we left our son's water bottle and the front desk staff were more than willing to help us search the lobby area, and up to our guest room to locate the bottle. They found it (yay!) and held it for us until a friend picked it up.

Awesome place to stay in Hong Kong! The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of great restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores just steps away. Two train stations within walking distance and the tram stop is just down the road. Clean hotel that is well equipped. Nice gym and laundry facilities. Very centrally located for easy travel around Hong Kong. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel's location is pretty good and convenient. Easy to walk to Wan Chai and Admiralty, bus stop right on the door step, tram stop nearby, lots of food options around too. The only gripe I had is that the housekeeping staff entered our room even though we left the do not disturb sign on our door AND we even told the staff when we left our room that it is not needed.

Great location with easy access to subway

We liked the hotel, they upgraded us with bigger room so it was great! The breakfast needs to be improved for international tourists. The location was excellent, walkable to main attractions and to the Victoria Harbour, walkable to the MTR (metro station). Overall it was a great stay for us!

The lady at the front desk was so helpful.I was sick and needed to see a doctor. She contacted a nearby clinic and got me an appointment. Thanks so much to Candy Tse.

Great location, just 5 or 10 minutes walk from the Admiralty MTR. Rooms were nice and clean; and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is very convenient as it’s close to bus stops and metro, and there are a lot of coffee shops, convenient stores, and restaurants in the area. Room is spacious and very clean. Would stay here again for future trips.

Nice room with city view. Shower stall was shallow and we needed to adjust water power to minimal to avoid being flooded out. Delicious breakfast with variety of food choice and attentive staff. Lobby staff, 小倩, was helpful and providing excellent customer service.
