Lovely room, very quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and had excellent language skills. Breakfast was also good but the best thing was the location - the Opera at one end of the street and St Stephen’s at the other. Amazing.

More than my expectation. Location is great. Cleanliness is good. Staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast is good as its price. Room is cozy and not too small. Free wifi is weak though.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The location , price and comfortability are good. However, the number of staff is obviously not enough during the night time. I waited over 15mins to ask a question. But I have to say, the service of staffs are perfect, I believe that was just a problem of keep cost low instead of the quality of staff.
Walkable distance to Parliament and central market. Also close to metro and tram stations.

Andava tutto benissimo, dalla camera molto spaziosa (in tre persone avevamo a disposizione un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto matrimoniale), alla colazione molto abbondante e buona sia dolce che salata, al personale molto disponibile.
La dislocazione della struttura poi è eccellente, a due passi dal centro praticamente vicino a tutto.

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo alla Basilica di Santo Stefano ed alla fermata del bus 100E (10 min a piedi) con cui si arriva dall'aeroporto. Colazione ottima e con grande varietà di dolce/salato. L'hotel è in usa strada secondaria poco trafficata.

Bra och god frukost men trångt att sitta i restaurangen. Trevlig personal och jättebra läge och nära till centrum. Rent och fint rum men hårda sängar och kuddar.
Städningen var okej, men fick ej påfyllt toalettpapper eller tvål.
