布达城堡酒店

位置很棒，可以体验古堡住宿。但是设施陈旧，早餐很差，仅有几道热菜可选，厨师不懂英文，很难沟通。餐厅只提供早餐，其他时间不开放。最让人难过的是床上被子太小，提出更换要求后被告知只能第三天才可以从别的旅馆借被子。很无语啊。

I would recommend this hotel to everyone as the staff here is very helpful. Especially, thank you for ARON on his kind and warm service during my stay at the hotel. He is very helpful and always ready to help and provide quick response to customer's needs.

best choose if you visit buda hill

This room was excellent- large, roomy, comfortable bed, lots of natural light and QUIET!! Located in a beautiful area looking over all of Budapest. Near many key sights and readily walkable. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartily!!

Really nice hotel close to the Fishermen bastion and the castle. Good breakfast.

My finance and I had a very nice stay at the buda castle hotel. Especially because when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us that they were upgrading our room from standard to superior for free! This was a welcome surprise given we had just walked up the hill from the train station with our big rucksacks in the 25 degree heat. The room was extremely comfortable with high ceilings, a comfortable bed and a large modern bathroom. The I would have given the condition rating 5 stars if it wasn’t for the faulty shower head which couldn’t be adjusted from its limp position in the holder, and the water pressure in the whole bathroom wasn’t very good. Despite this we had a lovely stay with the location being very close to the castle and fisherman’s bastion, despite the street being silent 24/7. The breakfast was also excellent.

Overall we appreciated our stay at the Buda Castle. However, the staff needs to learn how to smile and be gracious in their dealings with guests, especially kitchen/restaurant staff. Most staff didn’t seem overly invested in the hotel — neither in service to the guests or care of the facility, something we expect of a four-star “fashion” hotel.

Perfect place to stay for tourists. I have never stayed inside the Castle Walls until I stayed here. The breakfast was excellent and the service was so kind and friendly for the whole trip. This would not be a good place for those seeking to be close to the urban area excitement of “Pescht”. But is a medieval castle European town experience is what you want this was more than I could have imagined and it came with a great breakfast every morning!

Everything was great, especially the staff who were extra nice. The hotel is beautiful and the room is very spacious and nicely decorated. A very minor criticism is that the air conditioning was not very strong, but the room wasn’t stifling hot, it was just ok. Other than that, highly recommend.

Charming hotel. Very clean. Great location. Nice breakfast buffet. Air conditioner didn’t work so room was a little too warm for us.

The air conditioning system was broken

Very clean, very friendly hotel with a charming atmosphere. The breakfast was nice with bacon, eggs, breads, cereals, fruits and juices. We were there on a warm weekend and unfortunately the a/c was not working making it difficult to sleep.

Personeel aan onthaal was heel behulpzaam. Hele ruime en rustige kamer. Goed onderhouden en nette ruimtes. Metro dichtbij. Kleine tip : de convector geeft warmte in de koude maanden en verkoelt tijdens de zomer. Vraag dus eerst aan het onthaal op welke stand de convector staat ingesteld. Anders loop je het risico dat je een warme kamer nòg meer verhit door het opstarten van de airco die nog op verwarmen staat ingesteld.
