We travelled to Budapest for a Europa League match and stayed two nights in the apartment. It was a great location and very accessible for Trams, metro and the 100e airport express bus. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and secure with a great range of facilities.

Great location in the heart of Budapest—just a short walk to major sights and public transport. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and check-in was easy. Only downside was that the building entrance was a bit hard to find. Overall, great value and highly recommended!

Fantastisk leilighet. Stor, ren og fin beliggenhet. Morgensol på terrasse i rolig området. Noe slitt bad, men ingenting av betydning. Gangavstand til sentrum/shopping/Donau, og enkelt og billig med taxi (brukte Uber-app, som bestiller en offisiell taxi). God informasjon, og det praktiske rundt leiligheten var veldig enkelt både ved ankomst og avreise. (Hadde ikke behov for å kontakte noen underveis). Alt i alt en fantastisk leilighet i en nydelig by. Anbefales!!

Alt var bra. Alt du trenger for å bo i Budapest komfortabelt og mer. Om jeg skulle kommentere på noe hadde det vært at aircondition ikke ville fungere på stua (kunn på badet) og håndkle tørker gjalt dette også for. Det sto også noe om 55-60 tommers tv men vi fikk 43 tommer.

Good location, close to transportation. Spacious room, clean but ready for a deeper clean

Location was excellent! Close to tram/metro and shopping. Communication was easy with the owner/ manager. Only suggestion was to have some coffee/tea , shampoo /conditioner at least. It would been great to have restaurants or grocery suggestions and locations.

Budapest is a wonderful city! Budapest Donwtown Residents is a great place to stay. Having 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms was exactly what we wanted and it was clean. I especially loved the balcony. Having restaurants, currency exchange, mall and public transportation nearby is a plus.

It was so good. You responded well to the message. It was clean and nice.

would recommend this to anyone - location was great for us (close to trams and metro), and the apartment was huge and clean! Worked perfectly for 5 of us, and was extremely reasonably prices for what you got. Communication was also great!

The apparent was very comfortable and clean. Good central location close to a metro station and local amenities. My only two (very, very minor) issues - the TV didn't work properly (not that we wanted to use it much) - the sound wouldn't come on - but that could have been "user error". And there's an intermittent issue with the lock on the front door where it occasionally won't unlock unless you fiddle with it for several minutes - but that could be something we were doing wrong and it only happened a few times. Otherwise, were very, very happy with the appartment!

There's no shampoo, there is a washing machine but no detergent, the clothes drying rack provided is also broken... I can buy all these in a nearby supermarket but just made my stay stressful. Also very wasteful just for a few nights stay. Need to mention that the luggage storage service is not on-site and you have to pay your own. The apartment staff suggested a place nearby but then I noticed it actually does not open on the weekend. You would not want to deal with all these hassles during vacation. Other than the above, the apartment looks new and modern. Location is also very convenient.

Das Apartment war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man konnte nahezu alles zu Fuß oder mit den in der Nähe ausleihbaren Rädern erkunden. Gern wieder

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff were very good with communication and directions on how to access the apartment (online check-in was great!). They also provided tips on taxi services, places to eat/visit. Very nice. The only disappointment was the 2nd bathroom did not have a usable shower (could be used as a bathtub) and this caused my coworker and I to have to share a shower.

Alt i alt en dejlig lejlighed , dog var der problemer med kaffemaskine , el koger og et elendigt tørrestativ . Vi skrev til udlejer og inden vi rejste var der kommet ny Elkoger . Men ikke noget der overskyggede at det var en super lejlighed til et ferie ophold

Utmerket oppfølging av forespørsler. Et lite tips, legg ved reiserute fra flyplass, videre kommunikasjon og stopp for metro. Sengene var nydelige, kjøkken godt utstyrt, og alt var skinnende rent. Noe støy fra utsiden, men ikke sjenerende. Kort vei til matbutikker og restauranter. Som pensjonister reiser man gratis med buss, tog og metro, så alt var problemfritt.
