From the moment we walked up to the front desk to check in, until we left all aspects of the hotel and attention of the staff, we were very satisfied. It is an exceptional hotel ideally located in old city center. Highly recommend

everything only except for one minor thing - hairdryer that requires to hold down a button to activate the function, not the best kind.

Perfect location, walking distance from almost anything. Great large rooms and very clean. I gave a 3 stars because it’s lucking service everywhere. We arrived with a few pieces of luggage after a Christmas market River cruise and received no help whatsoever. This is a 4* hotel and we are willing to tip well for some help but no one was there at check in or check out. No explanation about breakfast location or anything, we were just opened one of the doors to get to the storage room, very rushed and again with no help or explanations. No table space at breakfast and last but not least the air ventilation and cool/heat system was not working in our room: we had to sleep with an open balcony -just a smidge- all night, in December. We were lucky it was not so cold! Also the beds were very uncomfortable, comforters were really small: we had 2 small comforters on a queen bed and found ourselves uncovered all night long. I am not sure why this hotel has such good reviews but I wouldn’t book it again when back in Budapest.

Loved the location. The tea and coffee bar was great for the cold and rainy weather we had during our stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean & modern

This is simply a very nice hotel. Clean, great breakfast selection, and location is very convenient with only a very short stroll to the shopping precinct, restaurants, riverside and public transport. If returning to Budapest, I would definitely stay at The Emerald again.

The entire facility is a draw dropper, it’s beautiful in and out. It’s in the perfect spot to get everywhere. The rooms were big and modern. The bed, pillows and blanket was awesome. We will be back for sure.

Hotel novíssimo. Café da manhã excelente. Localização excelente. Atendimento excelente. Hospedagem excepcional. Apenas uma sugestão: apesar do outono ser uma estação fria, poderiam permitir diminuir a temperatura do quarto abaixo de 21 graus. 👍

The hotel is centrally located and very walkable to most of the attractions. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful Strongly recommend it.

객실은 넓고 주방은 깨끗하고 사용하기 좋았습니다. 직원들은 항상 웃음으로 인사를 나누었고, 조식은 맛있었습니다. 리셉션에는 무료커피와 차가 준비되어 있어 이용하기 좋았습니다. 단 한가지 바라는건 객실에 있는 카페트는 교체를 하시는게 좋을듯합니다. 깨끗해보이지는 않습니다 부다페스트를 다시 방문한다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.
