Modern design and very clean. Staff is nice. But not able to tune the tempature in the room and the heat was too warm and dry. Toilette such as lotion or toothbrush were not provided.

Reception 不是十分友善，垃圾在waiting area 幾天都沒有人清理，直至到我在check out 仍然見到，服務店執床後仍然發現一些汚穢

酒店很漂亮，交通也非常方便，前台服务不错，顶楼吃早餐的时候可以看到不错的景观，但是布达佩斯当地人好像对亚洲（华人）不太友好，态度非常差

The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us lots of travelling advise. The room was spacious with a very big bathroom. The bed was very comfy . The free breakfast provided were fantastic.

Very good location, hotel and room design is very nice. Especially I need to say is the breakfast, i like it very much!!!!! But only the room lock is not work. I must say i will choose this hotel when i come to budapest in the future

我從維也納機場做巴士到布達佩斯、轉藍色地鐵到kalvin ter 站下車從4號或G出口走到飯店很近、離主要景點走路就到、對自由行的人很方便、早餐也很不錯

酒店不大，但室内设计，房间内部的陈设等等，非常温馨，让人有再多住几天的想法。

Hotel Rum is very well located, in a quiet street but still central and with easy access to transportation. The decor is nice and modern, service is professional. Breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant which offers beautiful views of Budapest.

The staff greeting us was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, if a little cold. No matter what we did, the temperature was lower than we liked. However, saying that, once in bed we were warm enough. The breakfast was amazing, the staff brilliant and the views over the city are stunning. We found the hotel to be in a very central area for us to explore the city.We will be returning to Budapest in the future, and we will be booking to stay here.

Gateway location with a 5 minute walk to the Kálvin ter stop. Walkable to the Central Market, shopping, restaurants, bridges, and other attractions. Budapest is your oyster. Modern decor, which was well maintained. Quiet and clean. Bed was a bit too firm, although we did get a good night’s sleep. We expected a little more from Solid for the price, but was a good experience with a nice enough city view. Recommended for brunch. Hotel staff were excellent. Had a housekeeping issue that they stayed on top of until it was resolved. Definitely recommend staying here when in Budapest!

Staff were amazing and so helpful with anything I needed, let me leave my bag while I walked around the city after I checked out and the room was fab.

Personnel très réactif et serviable (même si pas souriant)

The room was jn good condition however the shower had mould. This also very obvious because of the white tiles. We did mention this to the reception and the cleaner had removed a lot of it but mould that has developed over time needs more treatment and special mould sprays. A lot of the mould was cleaned uo but there was still mould in our shower. Everything else was great.

Wir vermissten die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine die laut Homepage des Hotels im Zimmer sein sollte… sehr schade

Clean room, friendly staff and a great location.

Vi hade två rum det på våning 4 var toppen, förutom att toaletten hade glasväggar. Det på vån 6 låg precis under restaurangen med städförråd till höger och allmänna toaletten till vänster. Dörren till rummet släppte in mycket ljud. Annars var hotellet fint och hade ett bra läge
