Check in was a breeze, room a bit on the small side, yet have stayed in smaller. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of foods.

Such lovely staff and the rooms were perfect for a 4 night stay. 30min walk to most sites and bus stops across the road if needed. Would recommend!

Bathroom had not been cleaned properly and the room had been smoked in, evident by cigarette ashes on the window sill. Woke up in the middle of the night to a noise which sounded like the next room or hall being vacuum cleaned.

The room was clean. The staff were quite friendly in a laid-back sort of way.
There was a smell of raw sewage near the lift shaft on the fifth floor. Possibly a leak.

Atendimento da equipe no check in insatisatorio. Dizendo que o sistema nao funcionava. Tinhamos uma reserva de 3 dias que iniciava no dia seguinte e fizemos a reserva da noite que chegamos. Sendo que eles falaram que nao tinham recebido. Mostramos o número da reserva. Deixarm esperando mais de 1 hora. Falamos que como tinhamos que ficar no total 4 dias poderiamos ir para o quarto e se na manha seguinte nao encontrassem o numeração da reserva pagariamos. So aceitaram conversar quando uma outra hóspede que ja estava hospedada foi conversar.
