Although the room is a bit small, it is comfortable and clean.

It's our honeymoon trip and we got free upgrade room for two nights, staffs are nice and the location is convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

我們五天內共住三晚，不同的兩個房間，房間一進門氣味不佳，第一房原以為是抽菸留下來的，但這是完全禁菸樓層，每每進人房間都感覺頭暈氣味不佳。後來第二房才發現原來是衛浴管道傳出下水道的惡臭味累積下來的，每次使用廁所或洗手，被嚴重的嘔心氣味搞得奪門而出。曾在第一房經歷不佳後向櫃台反應，（那時誤以為是菸味），櫃台人員只說是完全禁菸，有問題再反應。第二房有下水道的惡臭問題，因為當時入房已晚，隔天早上就要離開，所以就暫且忍著，把浴室門關緊。但就寢前與半夜以及隔天早上，都是憋氣在使用浴室。
我們退房後在大廳等候約定的車子來接，此時似有清潔人員來向櫃台反應退房問題，櫃台人員健步走向我們，ㄧ臉不悅地問我們是否為2xx房客，我立即答4xx否認，該名櫃台人員並沒為口氣與態度無禮致歉，就馬上走開。我覺得相當反感，不管工作上有什麼問題，都不能輕易情緒激動波及無辜客人。

火車站出來後一直走便到酒店，位置較為方便，超市也在附近，只是離市中心有點距離，但對於我們只是短暫停留，近火車站比較重要。

非常棒的住宿體驗！房間乾淨，服務人員相當友善。地點離地鐵站，輕軌列車及巴士站都很近，交通非常方便。唯一美中不足的是房間內沒有冰箱可以使用。
