Hervorragendes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt!
Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Das Hotel selbst sowie die sanitären Einrichtungen waren makellos sauber, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die ideale Lage. Es liegt direkt am Bahnhof und ist somit perfekt für Reisende, die zu Fuß unterwegs sind. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, einen McDonald's und sogar ein Einkaufszentrum. Das inkludierte Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl.
Der Check-in und der Checkout verliefen schnell und unkompliziert, und die Kommunikation auf Englisch war überhaupt kein Problem.

Frühstück ist landestypisch mit deftigen Essen. Lecker.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und es hat alles gepasst. 10 min Gehweg zum Busbahnhof bzw. U-Bahn.

The hotel is clean and modern. It was exactly what we needed for our 4 days in Budapest its a 5 min walk to the buses or 10 mins to the metro so getting to the centre was very easy. The only negative is that the path to the hotel is dark and there are abandoned vehicles and it feels rough.

jedoch das frühstück etwas dürftig.
Die Bar war leer getrunken. Kein Bier, Kein Wein, Kein Hugo, Kein Aperol........
Nur 1 Person für Paar und check in bedeutet sehr lange warte Zeiten.

Superb hotel albeit slightly hidden from the main road, The room was excellent with A1 aircon, which was key in the middle of summer. Reception very amenable and helpful, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Under 10 minutes from Kelenfold and access to Budapest.

The man at reception was very pleasant and check in was straightforward. The room was clean and very quiet. Breakfast provided lots of options to eat and drink and was never crowded. The hotel had an excellent location close to a shopping centre, different restaurants and Kelenföld metro and bus station was nearby. The only negative was service at the bar. This was not organised very well with the woman at the bar one evening making no effort to serve guests in order, keeping my family and I waiting while serving others with no waiting time. She did this on a number of occasions which was frustrating, so we chose to have evening drinks elsewhere.

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast chaos. Not enough plates or even any cups - I had to use a bowl for coffee! Grouchy staff when asked for a plate. Fix this please.
