莫凡彼布达佩斯中心酒店

酒店地點好，對面就是紐約咖啡館，地鐵M2非常近，坐公車方便，酒店樓下有超市賣東西很方便，早餐餐廳很靚，如果再去布達佩斯，一定會入住此酒店。

I have requested several times to change my bed sheet, both to the hotel concierge staff and by leaving a piece of English written paper note on my pillow. However, by observing the existence of creases on my bed, I knew that they were not changed! It was very disappointing! My last stop in EU was Budapest for five consecutive days, inside this hotel. I believed it was not that demanding to ask for change of bed sheet at least once during our stay, especially it was our belated honeymoon. Novotel hotel Centrum was chosen due to my previous pleasant experience in other Novotel hotels in different cities, such as their king sized bed and large variety of breakfast. Yet, the bed provided by the hotel in Budapest was not that large as expected. I must say that the location and cp value is high, but I would rather choose another hotel when I visit Budapest again!

三位入住且已付款，只找到兩位訂房。雖然有向客服反應，飯店好像還是沒有記錄，雖然最後飯店同意入住，但已花費額外時間在處理，且為出遠門出差帶來不便

離中央車站有點距離，但正對面就是紐約咖啡館，離地鐵M2很近，公車轉搭的交通樞紐。飯店早餐豐盛，樓下超市賣很多亞洲泡麵，房間有熱水壺，一個人女生旅行可以考慮，電梯上樓需要刷卡安全性高，缺點只有睡覺的時候感覺飯店會微微震動（可能因為在地鐵附近）

No matter what you do, water keeps running out of the tub when showering. The glass window is useless.

飯店都很不錯哦，但一直以為訂房是有包含早餐的，後來發現並沒有，不知道是自己搞錯，還是hotel.com的問題

櫃檯人員（男），服務很差，讓人覺得，最好不要麻煩他們，非常冷漠。 一開始被安排在6樓，地板30秒震動一次，以為有阿飄，後來被安排住在1樓，房間比較小間。 服務人員非常少，找不到人幫忙，水喝完了，找不到人提供，有冰塊需求，需要自己去覇台，請覇台人員提供。基本上，任何東西都需要自己處理。 撥打 room service （4），並沒有人接電話，以四星酒店來說，一切都要自己來，以每一年在國外住宿1個月的人來說，感覺很奇怪，感覺飯店人力吃緊，而影響到住宿品質。 清潔服務待加強，廁所有異味，沒有打掃，廁所的垃圾，沒有清理，遺留在廁所裡面。 這次住在歐洲2周，Novotel 是評價最差的。只有住宿的硬體功能，沒有服務的功能。 但是，酒吧員工(Bartender)很友善，這是最棒的部分。

房間十分老舊，浴室毛巾也泛黃，唯早餐還算豐盛，交通方便，距離紐約咖啡舘歩行只需4分鐘。

Near to the station, just around one min walk. Hotel staff are very nice. I arrived in the morning and they provided the room to me upon my arrival which is a lot earlier than the check in time.

大致不錯。早餐也適口。只是離觀光街Vaci街走路遠了一點，大多25分鐘。晚上鄰近有多家咖啡店，供觀賞球賽。

酒店的位置还是不错的，也很好找。离地铁站很近。去别的地方很方便。前台的服务也很及时。设施就是四星的标准。

Room was spacious but carpets were dirty. Staff were excellent otherwise and breakfast had a large variety of choices. Quiet hotel and very close to public transport, shops and restaurants.

連泊しましたが、バスタオル、タオル、ガウンの交換はなし、バスタブ付きのシャワーは水圧不足で湯温も上下する。初日のみミネラルウォーターサービス。利用した部屋は内向きで他の部屋から丸見えでカーテンを開けることができなかった。

Staff were very helpful and Professional. Great hotel in the heart of Budapest, very close to Metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Great location!

Clean and modern hotel. Wonderful staff. Amazing breakfast.
