Everything is good except the pillow

飯店在小細節方面處理不佳，晚間9點多向櫃台反映沒有拖鞋，只回覆說找不到，於是當天就沒有拖鞋可以使用直到隔天才補上。浴室蓮蓬頭有污垢，沒有徹底清潔乾淨，且浴室設計有點問題，洗完澡會造成整間浴室潮濕不堪。

Super Lage! Strassenbahn nah; super Blick aufs Parlament und nicht so vom starken Strassenverkehr umzingelt ! Für mich perfekt. Brauche kein anderes Hotel wenn ich wieder da bin!

Breakfast was fresh, parking free.

Breakfast is low quality of food and facilities is awful and out dates. I’m not gonna revisit again.

Great location with an incredible view of the Parliament. Easily walkable to all the main attractions. Highly recommend.

O hotel é muito bom. Excelente localização. Os funcionários gentis. As acomodações confortáveis. O café da manhã precisa melhorar. Tem poucas opções de frutas e pães e iogurtes. Fica muito cheio o café da manhã dependendo do horário. O hotel recebe excursões em grupos grandes o que faz com que esteja sempre lotado no café da manhã

Convenient location close to the Metro (5 min) and Tram (10 min). Property is well maintained with a nice restaurant, elevators, and fridge in the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. My only complaint is there is not an outlet in the bathroom for a curling iron or flat iron to fix one’s hair, nor next to the dressing mirror. I ended up having to pull the mini fridge out of its wall compartment to access the plugs behind it just so I could fix my hair near a mirror.

Room was made up & provided with fresh towels daily—WiFi worked fine & the elevators are super fast!

Friendly staff, amazing location

A localização do hotel foi muito boa ,porém o quarto era absurdamente quente e não ligavam o Ar ,falaram que não podem ,pois não era época para isso ,mas o quarto de frente ao parlamento todo de vidro virou uma estufa ,não dava para ficar e a janela não abre ,fomos até embora um dia antes do programado .

The rooms were always very clean. The people at the reception very friendly. They even took care of our request for earlier check-in. If I had to find something negative I'd say the breakfast area can be crowded and hard to find a table during peak time but I guess that is hard to avoid

I would have given it 5 star but rooms need update and does need some deep cleaning other then, perfect for money paid
