Okay so the location is fine. And that's all. The staff, god, they are so rude that I don't wanna talk to them. They all feel like they are just part-time worker. No one will bring you anything at night so you are on your own. Even they have hair-dryer you need to go to the counter to get it. It's the first hotel that has no kettle for me to boil water. No elevator. So if you got big luggage (like me) you're doomed. The door is locked with keys...like 13th century. And you leave the key on counter when you go out. The up side is you never lose the key and the down side is...you have to talk to the staff to go back to your room. They will do nothing for you (like storing your luggage and its very common in other hotel to help) so you might say they are just door keeper. Their door bell didn't work but when I knock on door they blame me for not using the bell like I am the one who is being stupid. Finally, the best part is my room is right next to a terrace where they store things and people could literally walk past the huge window in my room but the curtain does not cover the whole window so you will sleep every night thinking that some creep could easily be looking through the window anytime. Just admit you are a 2 star, no one blames you.

The hotel needs repairs , holes in the ceilings of the lobby , wires hanging down , smoke detectors hanging from the ceiling as well. After four days the same items kept coming out for breakfast

I thought this hotel was fantastic, close to town and attractions, and good restaurants right nearby.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf, vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Enkel de matrassen en hoofdkussens waren voor ons echt een ramp.

Der Charme der 80er ist hier noch Spürbar. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig, aber die mit Folie verklebten Fenster zum Hinterhof sind seltsam. Wer eine saubere und günstige Bleibe in der City sucht, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben, Zweckmäßig und ein gutes Frühstück, gerne wieder...

El personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno fue muy bueno y variado. Un punto en contra seria que no cuenta con elevador, nos toco en el tercer piso y eran demasiadas escaleras.

Personal antipático , únicamente una chica por la mañana en recepción , y el hombre que estaba solo en el comedor , fueron amables (gracias) . Limpieza , bastante mala , al llegar a la habitación , nos encontramos unos calzoncillos del anterior huésped dentro de un armario . Paredes de papel , escuchas cualquier ruido que pase en el pasillo, cosa que por la noche , hay bastante movimiento y te molesta mucho para dormir . Cama, ducha y desayuno aceptable. No volvería nunca !

Gamle nedslidt Hotel, gamledags og manuelt reception check, ingen lift, dårlig vinduer uden nævnværdig isolering for larm fra gaden eller varme/kulde. Lad være at betale for morgenmad, det er det ikke værd, find hellere en cafe i byen. Det positive - central beliggenhed, ok god senge.

La posizione dell'hotel è certamente strategica, esseno in pieno centro a 5/10 minuti a piedi da piazza Vorosmarty, la camera era ristrutturata e confortevole, manca il bidet, ma è abbastanza tipico all'estero. La prima impressione avvinandosi all'hotel non è propriamente positiva in quanto la facciata sembra di un hotel fuoriuso/abbandonato, mentre all'interno si presenta abbastanza bene. La nota più negativa riguarda la colazione, con poca scelta e molto povera. Se scendevamo 10 minuti in ritardo, si rischiava di trovare il buffet vuoto, sia di salato che di dolce (oltretutto la scelta sul dolce risultava molto scarsa). A queste cifre non penso che ritornerò in questa struttura

Nice place, room was clean, all was fine, nice hotel staff, we were even given a breakfest away ( as we had very early flight) only noise from the pub which is outside makes you awake after midnight.

スタッフが親切。レセプションは４〜５人交代されましたが、どなたもフレンドリーでした。 部屋を掃除してくれる方が廊下にいるときに、足拭きだけ交換をお願いしましたが、親切に対応してくれました。 冷蔵庫が冷えないのが難点でした。 部屋は広く清潔。シャワーのシャンプーがちょっと出にくかったです。 エアコンがよく効いて助かりました。

This hotel is not a 3 stars hotel but only a 1 star ! The service is awful, they put in a room with a very small window and the corridor outside was full of rubbish and not clean at all. At least I could changed room ( after a long negotiation) it’s certainly was bigger but the view wasn’t nice and I couldn’t opened the window ! There was a big flack on the roof and the sheets were dirty not even a water bottle in the room ! They weren’t very helpful at reception ( only one of the night receptionist was nice ) They yelled on me just because I took a 🍌 out of the breakfast room ! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ( the only good thing is that it’s easy to move around )

The hotel is a stone's throw away from the town center, with lot of options for food, entertainment and transport. The property seems old, which is perhaps why the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. If you can look past that, excellent choice for the price.
