布达佩斯铂尔曼酒店

就在中央火車站出來很近的地方，壞處就是附近很多流浪漢跟一些奇怪的人，但基本酒店環境還是可以的。

Nice clean rooms in a good location but the front desk does not answer their phone. Tried several times over two hours and no answer. Also my room service plate wasn’t picked up for 12 hours outside my rooms and the front patio was dirty. Otherwise my stay was great.

This hotel should not be considered a 5 star hotel. Maybe an average 4 star at best. Inconsistent staff and some actually quite unhelpful and unfriendly where some are the opposite. Some staff don’t seem to know their own facility or practices. Rooms were nice and plenty of space but AC was not good and sometimes didn’t work. Cleaners were great and friendly. Breakfast staff were awful and put us off going back the following day. Unfortunately we didn’t really enjoy our stay.

Morgenmaden er god! Og personalet i restaurant og reception er flinke og hjælpsomme Der mangler meget rengøring på hotellet. Vi boede 5 dage på hotellet, men vi fik ikke støvsuget vores værelse en eneste gang. Der manglede generelt opfyldning af kaffe og vand på værelset. Afløbet i både badet og vasken på værelset var tilstoppede fra ankomst. De udbedrede det delvist, men var et generelt problem gennem ophold. Selv elevatorer var beskidte og betjeningsknapper var helt fedtede til. Blev ikke rengjort de 5 dage vi var der.

Nothing special

We had a great stay at Pullman. Great atmosphere in both lobby and at the rooms. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was everything we had hoped for. We felt very welcome, and will definitely stay there again.

Overall it was great, but unfortunately there was a loud diskotek above our heads the first and second night, followed by a drilling noise the third night. Staff was nice, room was clean. Noise was an issue.

Great location, modern, clean room. The only thing we struggled with was the toilet and shower are two separate pods with the sink being open plan. As women, planning for a shower and dressing was difficult as there was nowhere in the shower to actually put anything. It might be more of a couples room rather than friends who prefer a bit of privacy.
