We stayed there from July 30th to the 3rd August.
We are very happy with the service and staffs.
Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and cleaners very polite and helpful.
Rooms were very neat and tidy.

Nossa estadia no Regnum Residence, em Budapeste, foi excelente. Logo na chegada fomos recebidos por uma recepcionista extremamente gentil, sorridente e prestativa, proporcionando uma recepção acolhedora desde o primeiro momento.
O hotel está muito bem localizado, em uma cidade que nos encantou completamente. Budapeste é, sem dúvida, uma das cidades mais extraordinárias da Europa, e o Regnum Residence foi a escolha perfeita para tornar essa experiência ainda mais especial.
O café da manhã é extraordinário, muito completo, com grande variedade e produtos de excelente qualidade, ideal para começar um dia explorando essa cidade fascinante.
O hotel dispõe de estacionamento no próprio local, um grande diferencial para quem viaja de carro. Apenas um detalhe: o acesso e as vagas são bastante apertados. Para veículos pequenos é tranquilo, mas quem estiver com uma SUV precisará de um pouco mais de habilidade nas manobras.
Pela localização, excelente atendimento, conforto e café da manhã impecável, recomendo o Regnum Residence sem hesitar. Foi uma hospedagem que contribuiu para tornar nossa passagem por Budapeste ainda mais inesquecível.

Hôtel au top près d'une station de métro ou de tramway. Pas en plein hyper centre ville mais à 20 min à pied de celui ci et a côté de toutes les commodités de transport resto et petits commerces
Chambre spacieuse et propre. Personnel sympa mais faut parler anglais. Le seul bémol reste le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas très varié et où il peut manquer des choses en fin de service. Mais ce n'est pas mon critère principal donc l'expérience reste excellente

O café da manhã é extraordinário, muito completo, com grande variedade e produtos de excelente qualidade, ideal para começar um dia explorando essa cidade fascinante.
O hotel dispõe de estacionamento no próprio local, um grande diferencial para quem viaja de carro. Apenas um detalhe: o acesso e as vagas são bastante apertados. Para veículos pequenos é tranquilo, mas quem estiver com uma SUV precisará de um pouco mais de habilidade nas manobras.

We were waiting in the lobby since 2pm and didn't get our first room until 3:10. When we walked in the room, AC was broken, bathroom had urine smell, and shower room had smoke smell. The body wash jar was installed at sink(yes, you have to walked out the shower place to get it) and hand soap by the shower place. We asked for a different room due to the horrible smell and finally got the second room at 3:25. The room was clean but both shower jar and hand soap jar were totally empty. We booked a room for 4 people, they only left us ONE towel on the rack. A glass cup was dirty and it never got replaced even after we asked for room cleaning. Also, they gave us only two towels after the first room cleaning and we had to ask for more again. The front desk gave us two more towels bought fresh from IKEA and tags were still on it. I don't know about you, but I refused to use towel directly from store without washing it. Anyway, after the second time I talked to the front desk, they finally gave me washed and cleaned bath towels.
They certainly had a great breakfast buffet for sure, but not so much on the maintenance of rooms.

The hotel is OK but is lacking in comparison to the descriptions on line. Examples include that there is no mineral baths, only that one can go to the baths in Budapest. There is no laundry facilities on site, only laundry service. There are no bikes at location nor do they have a partner for rental as was indicated when we asked their AI chat. There were ants in the bathroom and the A/C was not yet turned on for summer but it was very hot and uncomfortable at times. When staff were asked for an extra pillow, it required 3 requests and 2 full days. Staff are friendly and trying but likely lack resources. Breakfasts are quite good, lots of choice and good quality.

Lapsiperheenä olisin kuvitellut saavamme rauhallisemman huoneen sillä huoneen ikkunan alla oli pubi josta kantautui paljon melua yöhön asti. Aamiainen keskinkertainen. Huoneen pyyhkeiden määrä ei vastannut henkilömäärää. Hotellissa baari mutta aina suljettu joka oli korvattu aulan kahviautomaatilla.

Tolle Lage: nah zur Innenstadt, aber leise – wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenstern zum Király Fürdő und konnten mit angekippten Fenster schlafen und morgens zwitscherten sogar die Vögel. Das Hotel ist gut in Schuss und das Personal überaus freundlich. Kleiner Wermutstropfen beim Frühstück: in der letzten Stunde zwischen neun und zeng Uhr sind sowohl Plätze als auch Geschirr, vor allem Kaffeetassen, nicht ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist solide, die Angebotspalette durchschnittlich und die Qualität hoch. Wir würden es wieder wählen.
