Rent och trevligt hotell. Vänlig personal och bra rum i förhållande till pris. Lite annorlunda upplägg i förhållande till andra hotell. Läget är perfekt, tyst och inte långt till baren och restauranger.

Not in the centre of town, but easily commutable. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

The hotel is clean and staff is super friendly. But there is zero ventilation. With 4 people in a small room and no air or vent in the bathroom and no window to open, it was super stuffy especially at night. It’s a high tech system that relies on air filters. But it does not work. It’s a shame. Because other than that it was a nice place

I cannot believe the way the manager acted when they gave me a room next to the reception desk and then tried to tell me im the only person in 6 years to complain about the noise. There are stairs next to it and it was soo loud the next morning after the concert that I had to switch hotels. The manager kept trying to defend the noise. It was strange. I don't care if it was 7am or when it woke up again at 9am, there is no reason to have guest that close to the reception desk! Just look at the picture I posted!

At reception we were handed a set of keys with 4 keys and an access code and it was up to us to figure out how to use them. We received no response from staff when we asked. It was a cumbersome and complicated system.

The studio apartment room was nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and we got a free bottle of wine which was nice. The breakfast was great better than I expected. The check in process was very long and annoying. It took a long time because we had to manual input everyone name and info even though they had scanned all of our passport. They need to come up with a smoother check in process. They still using old style keys instead of key cards which was inconvenient. The door in my parents room got stuck and required staff to assist to open the door. Be careful with your belongings here. My father left his brand new suit in the room and they claimed that they didn’t see it. Clearly it was stolen by by someone working for the hotel. I don’t why anyone would steal a suit. Overall smart hotel was accommodating for our needs as it was very close to our friends place but the missing suit left a very negative feeling for us about this place.

We had 2 bedroom apartment with panoramic view and honestly it was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms in which we've been in. Piece of art - we didnt want to leave. Highly recommend to book here. The receptionists were very helpful and extremely nice and Sofia from Housekeeping did a wonderful job.

Non ho alloggiato nell' hotel ma in uno dei loro appartamenti situato a pochi metri dall’hotel quindi non posso giudicare le camere ma solo l’appartamento che tutto sommato è carino ma non per 4 stelle max 2/3. Ancora con le chiavi per aprire nel 2025 mi sembra un po’ retrò la pulizia lascia a desiderare trovato peli e capelli ovunque la doccia che allaga l’intero bagno protetta con una tendina non ti accompagnano per i bagagli devi trovare tu l’edificio Punto a favore comodo al centro e ai trasporti per il resto tanti punti di domanda Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio

Check-in muy lento. Nuestra habitación en la recepción y entrada del hotel muy poco conveniente por ruidos y poca intimidad… Difícil de utilizar la tablet para controlar luces de la habitación… El señor de la recepción muy amable para intentar solucionar el problema. La recepcionista rubia joven muy antipática en todo momento. Gracias por el detalle de la botella de vino!…

Excellent hotel and i was very happy with the service and cleanliness. Front desk agent was extremely kind and helpful, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was high tech and very neat.

La decoration de l’hôtel et de la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et de nos goûts. Sinon accueil parfait, hôtel super propre, plutôt bien placé. La chambre étant carrelée au sol, ma femme n’as pas eu hyper chaud. Nous recommandons malgré cela cet hôtel.

The hotel was ideal to accommodate a small family like ours. Also very practical, close to bus and metro and the famous boulevard, that runs to the city center. We enjoyed our stay and the lovely breakfast. All facilities where available. In short, no complaints whatsoever.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Unica pecca la connessione Internet che di sera non andava mai (probabilmente quando ci sono le persone nelle camere la banda non regge. Noi siamo stati in un appartamento, molto carino. Consigliato

Good location, but breakfast need to be improved. A very poor one. Comfortable rooms.

There was a misunderstanding at the check in from the day one and that ruined my whole stay.

All staff are so rude. Unfriendy. Catastrophe.
