Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location yet close to everything. I'd be happy to return here!

The hotel was great overall, but I booked it specifically because it advertised laundry services. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that laundry service is not available on weekends. I believe this limitation should be clearly stated in the hotel’s description, as advertising laundry service without noting the weekend restriction can be misleading for guests who rely on it when making their booking decisions.

Schönes Hotel, ca 1 km vom Altstadt Zentrum entfernt. Frühstück ist sehr gut, gute Anbindung an den Flughafen.

Amazing hotel , service and location

Hotellet var rent och fräscht, trevlig personal som hjälpte till när man behövde det. Bokade taxi, laddade telefon i receptionen för oss. God frukost. Att tänka på, varmvattnet tar slut om du väntar till att duscha till senare. Runt 10 fanns inget varmvatten. Ligger väldigt bra med närhet till bra shoppingstråk och mysiga restauranger. Behövde inte taxi eller buss alls. Sammanfattat ett jättefint hotell.

We visited Budapest for the champions league final and the city was buzzing. The hotel did a good job balancing the atmosphere and crowds. There was nothing lacking in our stay and the hotel staff was friendly and efficient, and if there was extra stress because of the full hotel, the staff didn’t let it show.

The service at the front desk, not only whilst at the hotel, but for my whole trip was amazing! Quick to respond and very pleasant! Great location as it's near enough to everything but somehow in a quiet spot.

Chambre très propre, petite mais agréable. Terrasse de bonne grandeur. Chambre insonorisée. Hôtel dans un quartier agréable et tranquille. Supérette sur le coin de la rue. Environ 25 minutes de marche pour se rendre sur le bord du Danube. Restaurant de l’hôtel très bon et service impeccable. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Helt suveränt ! super trevlig personal Rummet får 5 av 5 stjärnor frukosten Har allt man behöver och lite till.Fantastiskt läge nära till allt men ändå i ett mycket lugnt område med en mysig liten park utanför där det ligger ett charmigt Cafe. Kommer absolut vid nästa resa till Budapest bo på detta hotel.

Clean, modern and a nice bright room.

Kokonaisuudessaan erittäin mukava hotelli. Kaikki toimi hyvin. Aamupala oli hyvä ja ainakin näin toukokuussa matkustaessa tilaa oli aina sopivasti. Huoneemme oli puistoon päin, joten oli hienot näkymät.

We loved this hotel. It is just a 20 minute walk, and five minutes on transit from the main touristy district. We prefer not to be right in the center of the tourist district, because the restaurants are all a rip off, and it is noisy. The Up Hotel has lots of little shops and cafes around it that locals use. There is a lovely small park across the street, where they had a children's music show and farmer's market on Saturday. We paid a little extra for the top floor terrace and it was worth it. We could see the church on castle hill from our balcony. There are lots of transit options within a few minutes walk that will get you anywhere in Budapest quickly. Getting there from the airport is easy: take the e100 express but to the center of town, "Deak Ferenc" and go 2 stops on the metro to "Octagon". From there just a couple of blocks walk. Travel usually comes with a few hassles, even on a good trip, but this time it didn't. I kept saying to my wife I felt like I was cheating, because this is all too easy. Thanks so much for the lovely stay.

Struttura praticamente nuova con all'interno tutti i confort per trascorrere una piacevole permanzenza Budapest sia per lavoro che piacere. Zona tranquilla e pulitissima.
