流浪汉科尔温酒店

這間酒店很不負責任，在入住前一兩天，才通知你原定的酒店沒有空房，安排到姊妹酒店居住，行程安排大失預算。被安排新住的酒店，設施不大好，冷氣機滴水，不涼，洗衣機喉管漏水，用不得。

Super helpful host. Very spacious and clean room. Location is superb - 2 min walk to metro / tram station. Nice stay and definitely would like to go again!

當初是被這公寓的照片及位置吸引，深知所租住的是公寓，對服務不帶期望，誰知入住後，竟是惡夢的開始。 我於週五晚上入住，獲派A405號房，到房間後發現浴室傳來陣陣惡臭，而且搜尋不到房内所張貼的 wifi帳號。 由於我租住的時間較長，共5天，故到接待處跟女職員交涉，希望更換另外一間房。職員流露出不能置信的表情，並說房間於早上沒有問題，反問我因何會有惡臭，好像我在捏造事實。我邀請她上房實地查看，她推說沒空，並說會於週一，即兩天後，派房務替我清理浴室及派電腦工程人員替我跟進。她亦說整棟公寓都已客滿，拒絕替我換房。這樣的安排，我確實不能接受，請她將同層其他wi-fi帳號給我使用。她最初不肯，幾經交涉才將另一帳戶號碼交給我。 我上房一試，每隔三秒鐘便斷一次線，便將房內可用的wi-fi帳號screen capture，拿到接待處跟她交涉，請她將最強訊號 "VagabondA405"的帳號給我用 ，最諷刺的，這正正是我所住的房號… 起初她也拒絕，直到我說要投訴她，才將該密碼交給我，真不知道這公寓在攪什麼！直到我check out 離開，房務也沒有上來檢查及清潔浴室。這種公寓，真是避之則吉。

住宿當天才收到email通知, 原本的住宿因為特殊狀況必須換旅館 請注意 是換旅館 也就是換地址要重新找 換到Park Residence 我覺得Park Residence不錯 靠近市區而且附近交通環境很方便 但希望不要再有下次這種臨時通知的事情 畢竟不是每個人都輕裝旅行 去歐洲玩都是大小行李 臨時換飯店 很不方便!

房間大，有客廳、廚房等，離捷運站很近，附近有大賣場，很不錯！ 唯一要注意的是櫃台上班時間，早上9點櫃台上班之後才能check-out。若要晚上10點以後才check-in，則需事先聯絡且要加收20歐元。

雖然不小心訂到沒有冷氣的公寓，但是晩上天氣涼爽舒適。這裡交通便利而且非常乾淨，但是白天有裝修工程有些吵，無論如何這是一個CP值很高的住宿

價格非常優惠，此Apartment是新的，有獨立客廳，有餐枱，Sofa，獨立洗手間，浴室，房間，最重要有廚房，所有廚具用品齊全，下廚絕不成問題。三五知己，或家庭旅遊之選！

Check in instructions provided by Expedia were unclear but staff were very helpful when contacted. The room was as expected but there were a few issues, such as: the shower room had a strong drain smell, a plug socket was broken so the lamp didn’t work, the bathroom light didn’t work and neither did the kitchen one. There was also a lot of dirt at the side of the bed and a ‘sticky gel substance…’ on the bedside shelf. The hallway lights did not come on so at night coming back it was very dark. If we were staying for more time we would have asked for a change of room but with the time we had and the fact that there’s no-one on site to speak to we decided it was easiest to stay with the room we had. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was generally very clean apart from the few missed areas and drain smell. I would come back, but would hope that these issues would be addressed.

Leiligheten ser ikke så bra ut i forhold til bildene på hjemmesiden. Fremstår gammel og umoderne. Butikk og spisesteder i nærheten er bra.

The location is great as there is a metro and tramps just around the corner from the apartment. The actual apartment is fine and equipped with all that is needed. When we first walked in we smell cigarette smoke which was not pleasant. We believe it came from the outside balconies. There is also a mall a few steps away which was very convenient for groceries and ahopping.

Booked at the last minute; instructions were clear and precise. Access code and digital key were sent promptly. The beds are comfortable. Overall a great place and good value for money. Just two things to improve on: 1. Towels - hand towel size not suitable for bath 2. Freezer - fully iced over; needs to be defrosted!

It was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious with good amenities in a nice neighbourhood. Easy walking access to public transportation

APartamento pulito, centrale e buono.Ho solo da lamentarmi della comunicazione che nel mio caso e stato scarso.La struttura ha detto di avermi mandato i codici per l' acesso, ma in realta non e stato cosi.Non avevo neanche il codice per aprire la casella della chiave, nenmeno il numero del parcheggio.Questo mi ha provocato un certo nervosismo visto che ero stanca e ero da tante ore in viaggio. Spero che questa critica sirva per migliorare questo aspetto

The room and everything was great once you succeed to enter. It is little complicated without someone in the reception but we managed to get inside. The e-mail they sent was not very informing. Someone else parked our parking spot when we arrived but they offered another one. Everything was good to sleep overnight but that’s it.

Absolut sauber, nur das Sofa hatte Flecken, die wohl nicht entfernbar sind. Für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, war der Zustand der Unterkunft angemessen. Parken in der Tiefgarage möglich für 20 Euro pro Tag, was für eine Nacht ok war, aber zu teuer für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
