Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much! The pool/spa area was fantastic. The Opera metro stop is right in front of the W which was so convenient. Wasn’t a fan of the restaurant.

The Morning turndown was late after 1530 on all nights and on the last night the night turndown did not come at all. The level of cleanliness was also not high, sheets were not changed and the carpet in the room was not vacuumed on all three nights of the stay.

Le tre stelle sono a causa della camera. Ho scelro una camera De Luxe con vista, invece affacciava su una strada stretta ed essendo al primo piano era anche buia. Nella camera c'era un terzo letto che occupava spazio e non permetteva l'accesso alla finestra. Lo hanno tolto, ma sono convinta che non mi è stata assegnata la camera che ho acquistato. La camera della mia amica era più ampia , con ina bella vista sul teatro dell'opera e la sera dell'8 dicembre hanno teovato un dolce che a noi non è stato dato. Tra l'altro quwl giorno ,quando sono rientrata, ho teovato la camera e il bagno come li avevo lasciato dalla mattina.

Todo está muy bien, pero el servicio del restaurante bar muy mal el servicio, lento, descuidado con las órdenes de alimentos y bebidas, un tanto indolentes. Creo que un lugar como el W merece el mejor servicio de restaurante.

天井が高く、壁一面鏡で広く感じられる。照明も通常の天井からの照明だけで無く間接照明も充実して調光でき、非常に快適。石張りの洗面も床暖、タオル乾燥用オイルヒーターもあり、シャワー浴後、体の水滴拭きあげる時も寒くない。アイロンも完備し、若干皺が気になる服も直ぐに改善できる。ベッドが快適。アメニィが充実してる。スタッフの応対もよく、対応が速い。唯一の欠点、ホテルエントランスが分かりにくい。タクシーは大通り沿いで乗客を降ろすが、そこはレストランで、レセプションやエントランスは建物を観て左にあり

Fabulous property .. the old historical ballet has been restored to a beautiful hotel. Location is in a lovely upscale area directly across the road from the majestic Opera house and within easy walking distance to so many places. Always felt safe walking around. With old architecture and charm in tact meeting all modern features and comfort, done in excellent taste and style. Outstanding concierge Peter (thank you again!) knew exactly how to direct me and my son to some great sites during the day and experience some of the restaurant scene the city has to offer over our 5 night stay. Formula 1 post race party was fun and the patio was a perfect place to chill with a drink at the end of the day and talk about our adventure ..pretty great place to start the day with breakfast as well. Igor the G.M. is an impressive guy.. leading his team with hands on the pulse of the hotel and guests. He even saw us off one morning at 7:30am into a cab as we headed off to the ancient mineral baths. I travel a lot and the “W” Budapest left a lasting impression.. not to mention the very comfortable room and bed / bedding. We both had great sleeps. All around a great stay and fab energy and attentive staff.

Stylish, freshly renovated beautiful building, right across from the majestic Opera house. We loved it.
