basically i am very happy with the property. it includes everything for stay except slippers. however, the sofa bed does not have pillow and quilt. If you will need to sleep at sofa bed, don't forget to ask from front desk. The staff is very kind and helpful. He explains the traffic, weather and sight seeing place patiently.

Stayed one night while driving the ring road. Warm, spacious, comfortable beds. My room had a table, couch, tv, and place to cook simple meals. Great value, close to restaurants, a Riverside walk, grocery store etc.
