Clean, neat and very smooth check in and check out. Farooq was very helpful and had great recommendations. In a great location as well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I had no issues with my room. It is smaller than hotel standards in North America, but it was large enough for me as a solo traveller.
The staff were very helpful at answering my questions , they have lots of information about what to do in Reykjavik, restaurant recommendations and they are very considerate and eager to help if you need it.

Didn't actually stay at this location as there was a water issue when we arrived. They placed us in a sister property nearby with an upgraded room and a couple other perks. Very friendly and accommodating.

Som sådan ikke noget der skilte sig ud, meget plain hotel, der holdes pænt.
Stort plus at der er rent.
Et minus er at døren klaprede og man tydelig kunne høre når folk kom/gik - tidligt/sent.

Great place to stay to experience Reykjavik!!! Close to a lot of pickups for day tours. By a bunch of restaurants, bars, and main attractions. Staff was helpful and called taxis for us. Highly recommend.
