Really bad reception service, the doors couldn’t be locked from inside or outside. The door was opened by the wind at night. The electrify shouted down at night without knowing any reason then the room became all dark. The air condition is noisy and vibrated all night.

Good view. Has a cooking pad. The room choice in my language is somewhat confusing on Hotels.com, but this one is the small lodge.

風景很美！整潔度也夠～廚具也都很方便！ 不過,熱水的部份,可能因為是加熱型熱水器～ 所以一次的供水量有限！所以洗早洗到一半準備洗頭時就沒熱水了！等兩個小時還是沒有～～一直到隔天早上去洗時有熱水了！

Clean and quiet, easy check-in and check-out, if have TV will be better

Great accommodation experience we had. Nice and new kitchen equipments. And the staff Christina is really friendly and helpful! Recommended!

環境優美，特色小屋，室內乾淨清潔。2天早餐都在露台邊看着草帽山邊享用咖啡，多士，熱狗(附有微波爐、多士爐，咖啡机)，雖然沒有爐灶。屋主会提前电郵通知住屋号碼，門匙放在屋內。屋主有善，主动來查看。 距小鎮很近，約10分鐘車程，有超市及餐廳，十分方便。距離草帽山很近。

前往小木屋的路是小碎石，不太好走，但是，小木屋很舒適，裡面有咖啡機、微波爐、熱水器、冰箱等設施，提醒不能兩人連續洗澡會沒有熱水，視野非常好，直接面對紗帽山。

Room was in a decent condition but not exactly comfortable. The couch in the room was little disgusting to sit on. I have stayed in the property 6 or 7 years ago and was in better shape at that time.

Didn’t receive checkin code. Had to call from parking lot. Water heater stopped working at 3am and we barely slept. No water in morning- couldn’t shower or make coffee. Beautiful room but disappointing

Le cottage est sympa et l’endroit est idéal pour voir les aurores boréales. Deux points négatifs cependant : - Check in à partir de 17h : le soleil est couché en hiver et nous ne pouvons donc pas profiter de la vue - Nous n’avons reçu aucune information avant notre arrivée. Malgré plusieurs messages écrits au numéro indiqué sur le site, nous n’avons eu de réponse du propriétaire qu’après plusieurs appels une fois sur place

The room has a great view. Didn't receive the check-in instruction email from the property so I had to call them. Water is not hot enough.

I stayed here 4 times now and absolutely love these cottages! Great location just outside of Grundarfjordur...very quiet and peaceful with great views looking out to ocean, mountains/Kirkjufell, and beautiful sunsets! Cottage as everything you need even small stove plate on the kitchenette you feel like cooking. Hosts also great and reply in timely manner to emails.

Liked remote setting and possible view of northern lights (too cloudy during our visit). Great views from the cottage windows. Quiet, no tv.

We stayed here for two days early September. The location of this cabin is very nice and peaceful. It offers a side view of Kirkjufell mountain and the little town, as well as a beautiful view of the ocean, but is located about a ten minute drive from both locations. We arrived on a very windy and rainy day. A window had been left open in the cabin and it was very chilly and humid in there. The heat did not work. The owners quickly responded to our message and came over to try and fix it to no avail. They brought us three portable heaters to heat up the cabin which eventually became a comfortable temperature, but this created moisture problems in the windows.

Great cottage. Views were awesome. Wish we saw the Aurora but it was cloudy. Very nice place to stay in the peninsula.

Cabin had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had on holiday. The views were amazing. Very peaceful & relaxing location.

Love the views and the scenery. Excellent for nature lovers
