整體住的非常舒適！離超市也近！廚具齊全！空間滿大的，在這裡住了兩晚很喜歡！

住到無障礙房, 空間非常大, 廚房很方便, 衛浴空間也很大, 附近就是市區景點, 走路就可到非常方便！有停車位也很方便～ 缺點大概是無障礙空間的廁所門不能鎖、沖澡擋板太小,,,還有沙發床不太好睡

房間寬敞舒適，浴室超大，廚房廚具一應俱全，全部採電子密碼鎖，位置也挺好的，附設免費停車場，，已自駕旅客而言，非常方便！

室內空間寬敞簡潔，廚房設備非常新穎齊全！廚具餐具也非常非常乾淨，在冰島住好幾間有廚房的公寓，K16的體驗最好，非常推薦入住!

The guesthouse is located in city center just next to the church. With car park (free parking) just outside of the guest house. Walking distance to super market. The room is really comfortable and feel like home. We enjoyed our night so much. The staff is really helping too, and easy self-check-in. Just one thing to be alert is that there are few stairs up to the guest house, if you are carrying big heavy luggage, there may be a bit problem.

Highly recommend,good location, the apartment is big and everything is new and nice.

住宿地點在阿克雷里(Akureyri)市區，步行就可以走到市中心散步及逛街，離阿克雷里大教堂步行5分鐘可到達；可以將車子停在住宿位置對面的停車場(免費)，再步行走去市區景點。住宿是使用密碼鎖，房東會事先寄密碼給我們，入住很方便、簡單。住宿裝潢很新，很舒適的環境，廚房很大，器具及餐具齊全，非常方便烹煮，有很大的烤箱，及舒適的餐桌，我們住了2晚，都能愉快的料理早、晚餐。浴室空間很大，淋浴環境也很舒適。整體而言我們住宿的經驗非常愉快，值得推薦的住宿地點。 唯一的缺點是：我們有4個人，2人睡在雙人床，2人睡在客廳的沙發床(分開的2張單人沙發床)，不過寢室與客廳是連通的，雖然看起來視覺空間比較寬敞，但彼此之前沒有門或任何遮蔽，因此彼此之間較沒有隱私。我們兩邊的人就寢及起床的時間不同，但因為彼此環境相連，所以任一邊的活動及聲音，都會吵到另外一邊的2個人，這是我們覺得比較不方便的地方。

Very good experience. Clean room, nice location. I would recommend this hotel to all those who want to travel to Iceland.

We were given a password to assess the front door and the same password to get into our room. So it felt pretty unsafe for me at first, especially its located at the center of the city, which is very convenient. We were a bit confused with the parking, we called to make sure we could park right at the building and seems we could park anywhere nearby, but I did saw some parking restrictions down the street so I'm not 100% sure. The room was spacious, very clean and it comes with a kitchen and all the things you need to cook with. We walked out for northern lights at night and it was pretty safe. So I had a good sleep even tho we don't have a proper lobby/reception.

We began our journey around Iceland with a winter Ring Road itinerary. Due to the long driving distances during winter, our original reservation was for December 11. However, thanks to the hotel’s kind flexibility and consideration, we were able to adjust our stay to December 10, which helped our travel plans greatly. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. As this was a mid-point stop along the Ring Road, it was especially convenient to use the guest laundry room with both a washing machine and a dryer, allowing us to finally catch up on our laundry. There is also a beautiful church right in front of the hotel, which was a nice and relaxing place to visit. Everything about this hotel was comfortable and well thought out, with absolutely nothing to complain about. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily choose this hotel again if we return to Akureyri. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean and spacious apaetment with large lounge with well-equipped kitchen and separate bedroom with large very comfortable bed. Great location and from the balcony, we could see across to the beautiful church and thrn downwards to the sea and mountains beyond. It was so close to the high street, cafes and restaurants yet so peaceful. Checking in and out so easy.

Lovely modern, clean and warm apartment, great location and parking. Very good value for the money, will definitely stay again.

The flat was in an excellent location :) Just in the heart of the downtown, next to the cathedral and close to shops and restaurants. The flat is cozy and comfortable, has all the equipment for cooking, with microwave and oven. The beds were comfortable, and there is laundry machine in the toilet :) The communication was effective and they answered very quickly when we needed something. Easy chevk-in with codes, no need to carry keys. I will come back :)

Great location but the matress on the living room were a little uncomfortable
