Location , facilities and services are good.

酒店內有SPA設施，雖然要收費，但是價錢接受，還有Aurora Floating,今次沒有緣試看，留待下次。 酒店還有聊天室、電視房丶休閒娛樂廳。在休閒娛樂㕔中有酒水丶小食提供，但要收費，除了咖啡、朱古力奶是免費提供，還有自制Waffle 是免費，要到下午茶時間才供應。酒店提供喚醒客人看Aurora 服務，（在Aurora 期間）只要你有要求，他們照辨。 還有酒店也提供免費在Blue Lagoon接送。也提供安排機場接送，要收費，但酒店會打折。 酒店餐廳環境氣氛很好，晚餐食物美味、上碟不錯。 早餐沒有想像中的多類，亦算可接受。 酒店雖然外觀平庸，但應有盡有，真的很不錯。 酒店價錢有點貴，但算值。如果可以有優惠推廣，會訂幾晚來充充電。

酒店服務很好,當我到達才早上七點，酒店應該在下午3點才能入住，但剛好有房，服務員也體諒，安排我入住，可以補一覺，很窩心，酒店亦專門有一寬敞室內大房，可覌賞极光，免到室外受寒冷之苦，很棒

有極光觀測台，不錯！櫃檯有一位會說中文，交流方便！

舒服的服務與晚餐

The hotel is good, cozy and comfortable. We arrived hotel late so that we only sleep in the room rather than enjoying facilities. When we arrived our room we had a little upset because our room was near the stair and no light installed outside the room which made us feel not good. The power plant was close to hotel and some white smoke was continuously remitted. Definitely NO any noise or bad smell from the power plant. The staff is nice and willing to book the blue lake for you with no surcharge

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hospitality was outstanding, the amenities were well-maintained, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The biggest highlight was the breathtaking Northern Lights view right outside the hotel—an extraordinary and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Rating: 5/5 If your primary goal is to maximize your chances of seeing and photographing the Northern Lights, and you want easy access to the Blue Lagoon, then this location is absolutely perfect. This hotel truly provides an ideal retreat in the rugged Icelandic wilderness. The Stay: The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated and felt incredibly cozy and well-appointed—a perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploring. I must especially commend the staff; they were genuinely welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating with every request, enhancing the overall experience significantly. Location, Location, Location: The hotel's location is unparalleled for the Blue Lagoon; it’s just a stone's throw away, making travel incredibly convenient. More importantly, its position away from the capital means there is minimal light pollution, offering truly incredible picture-taking opportunities of the Aurora Borealis. If your itinerary focuses on the lights and the geothermal spa, you won't find a better base. Essential Travel Tip (Read This!): Be warned: a taxi ride into Reykjavik is extremely expensive (easily $140-$170 USD one-way). If you plan on making multiple trips to the capital, you must factor this into your transportation costs or, better yet, rent a car for your stay.

The hotel is a great place to stay. The spa is beautiful, and the rooms were clean, and stocked with amenities. Great place to stay

Room was clean and spacious. Max’s is excellent and we liked the living room area. However, overall this hotel could use some updating and it’s primarily value is the proximity ro the Blue Lagoon.

Friendly staff! Excellent food and location. Free tea and coffee. It has a very inviting, comfortable, cozy living room area with fireplace. Both dinner and breakfast were great.
