Very nice appartment close to everything by foot and easy access by car.

The "booklets" in the apartment have information that is contradictory to other information they give (e.g., the WiFi info in the booklet is wrong, while it correct info is posted on the wall). The entrance is not obvious from the street where you park (for a fee, like everywhere else in town). It would help to have a picture or two from a street view so you can see where the door is (before you park). I sent quite a few emails before our trip, but never got a response. It seems like a phone call is the only way to get an answer.

Automatic doors on building are helpful. Outside front door of building locks on evening for safety, inside front door is always locked. Key pads make it super easy to get in and out. Nice big elevators. Unfortunately, the hallway on our floor smelled like smoke but I imagine it was one person breaking rules. Room was big, clean, has everything we needed, except it would have been helpful to have a few more towels/wash cloths. Would definitely stay here again.

Great centrally located property - walkable to key parts of Reykjavík’s tourist and commercial hubs. The property comfortably sleeps 5. Nice upgrades appliances and amazing covered porch with a view of the grounds. Plenty of good restaurants right under the property - or a quick walk to the Main Street. Wish we had more days on this trip to enjoy this property.

Very clean and nice location.

Property seemed new and access was easy. Shower design wasn't great as it allowed water to come out. Only paid street parking was available but was free at night. Kitchen

Property was in excellent condition. Location was about 20 minutes walking to main tourist area. Parking was located nearby.

No onsite parking as claimed in listing. This caused much uneeded stress to deal with street parking. Washer machine was nice to have but drier was broken. Great place near the tourist area if you do not have a car or need to do laundry during your travels.

Nice Modern Apartment 🙂🙂

Our apartment with Salka suites was quiet, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We are a family of three and used the sofa bed. I’ve stayed in some places in which the sofa bed was uncomfortable, but the one in our apartment was great. We would absolutely stay here again and we recommend Salka Suites.

Very quiet. Convenient location to everything in town, but away from the crowds. Great place to stay while doing day trips to the south side, northwest and Golden circle. Communication with property manager was not ideal. Asked for the property check in details prior to boarding flight. Arrived at the Expedia listed check in time (2pm) since no times were included in response to my request. Place had not been cleaned. Cleaners showed up within minutes of our arrival and asked us to leave. I informed the manager and received no response. Also, sent a text message to manager for help with TV to watch the Olympics, again no response. Not a big deal, but dont think if any big issues arose we would have been able to contact anyone.

Appartement excellent. Il est fonctionnel et moderne, tres proche du centre ville. Nous étions 5 et l'appartement etait parfait pour nous. Merci à Marìa pour son hospitalité et cet excellent séjour.
