Comfortable, nice place and clean

The room is comfortable and the staff was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel offers great food which surprised us as the first night after landing at Iceland.

Friendly staff, the room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is nice. The bed is just fit for one person.

We check-in at night time, and the person at the counter was a bit old and NOT so nice. Breakfast was good, and the room was clean.

The room we stay is very small, but it is clean. The hotel location is good we could find it easily.

地點方便，早餐選擇多。有足夠停車位。還有北極光提醒服務，雖然住宿那晚天氣不好一直下雨。

Although we can't see the Northern Lights but the hotel has the good location, silence and warm. It has sauna and hot spring, we can enjoy the hot spring after sauna, although the sauna room can't maintain in the ' hot' standard. The bed quite small but tidy and clean.

Apart from comfortable bed, good breakfast choices (compares to most other hotels in Iceland) and hot outdoor bath, the best thing about this hotel is they provide “Northern Light wake up call”! It helped us to see the northern light for first time in our lifetime. That was fastastic! Not many hotel provide this service, so it’s all worth the money!

共用衛浴的房型比較便宜但稍小，不過也還OK 兩個大行李箱打開也是剛好~有桑拿很有趣 ~附加的早餐也好吃~下次若住宿海拉會再選這家

Hotel and its room is super stunning:- Clean, neat and very simple. We were on the way to Jökulsárlón and picked to stay here for 1 night randomly; we were having no plan on our return way yet so we could change staying point wherever we drive to. But after check into our room, we immediately made our next booking for the return stay, simply because of their services and good hotel condition, most importantly the rate is worthy! We drove 30 mins away for our xmas dinner where food are great as well :)

This is my second stay since we were on the return way to Reykjavik. The booking was made during my first staying night. The room is absolutely clean and neat with large bathroom, which is really comfort and impressive. Everything in hotel seem are new and in good condition, breakfast are good and services are great. They do have aurora alert which you may ask the receptionist to put your room on list, so if there is visible aurora, they would call you or do something to let you know..(sadly the weather is not good during my both stay). I love this hotel so much and absolutely will stay again in my next Iceland trip :)

當天升級了我的房間，房間非常寬敞及舒適。附設一個小厨房用具常算齊備及清潔，酒店的環境非常舒服及清靜。值得一提的是早餐種類繁多及很美味

The apartment is not very big for us 5 travelers with large luggages, but it is clean and cozy. There is a small kitchen and is equipped with basic kitchenware, plates, glasses, etc which is convenient. I recommend the restaurant at the ground floor. Scrambled egg at breakfast buffet was too dry, and the "asian style" noodle soup tasted sweet which I wouldn't recommend. There is a waffle machine which you can make your own waffle which is nice. Parking is convenient.

The hot tub and sauna was a nice touch. Good bar and restaurant.
