first of all its a budget resort with nice swimming pool near famous beaches and locations of goa . we visited here in mansoons , found great deal with hotel,staff is very kind and helping.. overall it was good to being here. panic with wi-fi issues.

Nice hotel. We enjoyed staying there. The only problem was Reception staff was not guest friendly. We went to goa for the first time, and when we asked at the reception for places near by or from where can we get cabs they simply said we dont have any information. You can ask to the cab drivers standing outside the hotel. And even for the billing we had to wait for at least an hour or more.

1) reception was not sure about the booking. 2) no hot water. 3) smell of mould in the room. 4) A/C not working 5) Broken furniture 6) No access to swimming pool in the morning

It is nearly 2km from beach in isolated area. U cant walk as it is not safe. Taxi/auto charges 150/200 to beach. Hotel shuttle service frequency too poor and of no use and that too not upto the beach. Do not go for it. Choose any other hotel near to the beach only. Even a 2* guest house near beach is better than it. Cant be consider as resort. Hotel staff is arogant. It lacks basic facilties in room and bathroom.

i will never go to that hotel again..

On check in no drinking water was provided in the room. On asking they said drinking water is provided after 8 pm...though during my 5 days stay never was that done..I bought water botttles from outside. Not only this , on check-in , drinking water was provided in room after 3 hours that tooo after asking for it thrice and yelling at them..reception and room service give stupid answer for every delay, most common is staff is busy...god knows what the staff is busy in if not in attending the guests. once I asked for 3 cups of tea, the waiter bought just one to the room but gave me a billl of 3..when the rest 2 cups didn't arrive even after 30min, I had to go down to the restaurant, this was despite calling them twice n again the same reply, waiters are busy. On check out they don't even help with luggage. ..over all pathetic in hospitality

Was there in new year vacations n That was worst experience of my life in so called 3 star hotel, no one to listen in hotel , all services in restaurant are only for foreigners even if they order much later than you. Pick n drop only for foreigners and i was told there is no driver n have to take taxi from outside taxi stand but for foreigners it was there, just to promote outside taxi stand . Tea cattle is there but they will provide you only one tea bag in a day .pool is there but life guard n no tube is there even in bussiest season . Wont ever stay in this hotel

Checked in hotel saw room, very ordinary, no star. Ac water leaking in room. No tea or coffee maker(had to ask for it, no refils or tea bags or sugar or milk, got from market).refrigrator dirty and totally empty. No drinking water in room. Now bathroom, toilet flush not working (got it repaired), water very dirty and stinky, not even fit to be taken bath, no mixture for sink, only cold water, did I forget lights I had to get cfls changed. Generator off and on switch in room, so everytime light goes you switch it on and switch it off once light goes.No locker in room, only at reception (chargeable), and you cannot operate after 9.00pm. wifi (chargable), wanted an upgrade, not available. No travel guide or help. Pool towels chargable. Pool timmings 8.00am to 7.00 pm. So good only if you are staying in hotel for day. Night came at 12.00, security gaurd not opening gate had to fight to get in with my rented car, no parking inside hotel, share with recedential appartments . Breakfast which was complimentory was very basic, and same all days except change of wada/idli/pongal. Do I need to say more, poorly maintained property and all 4 days when I was standing, people were coming for refund or cancellation.

Not too close to the beach,which was in a way good as it was away from all the rush.Facilities were OK.spacious room, food affordable.

The hotel is located in a very good place in North Goa and that seems to be the biggest plus point. As far as the upkeep and cleanliness goes it should be definitely be improved upon. We were two couples but inspite of making a reservation for both the rooms together they gave us rooms in separate buildings. It was definitely not a case of availability since before seeing the reservation slip in our hand they did not even know what type of room had i booked as a result they sent us to a different class of room and on pointing out the same they provided us the appropriate ones. The hotel has a tie up with a guy named fernandes who inspite of looking a quirky guy gave us a decent deal on bikes for hire, Similarly while elaving for airport there was a taxi guy who stayed in the campus and took the standard amount charged by the taxis in goa

I suggest no one should book dis hotel it's nt worth at all.bad maintenance of room no lights r working no generator back up n nt all cooperative staff at reception on pool

Clean, practical, pleasant stay

I stayed here between 18-21 Dec 2012. Rooms were alright but it did look like it required refurbishing. Continental breakfast but the restaurant was managed by a vendor hence poorly managed. Cutlery not properly washed. No wifi except in the balcony and business center. Quite far away from the beaches.

we were in the X mas weekend in this hotel. the hotel is located at a very reasonable distance from calungate beach and the bike rental was taken care of by the hotel staff on arrival. the rooms are spacious & well maintained. Both the pools are well constructed and comfortable to use. however, the complimentary breakfast has very little to offer in terms of variety and indian cuisine lovers may miss the variety on offer. the restaurant preparation was good, however again the choices for veg are very limited. However we enjoyed the ambience of the resort and would certainly like to recommend it to families and couples looking for a quiet place away from the hustle bustle of the beach, still very much in reach.

This hotel is at Good Location and property is also good but their operation Management and Hospitality is extremely poor. would not suggest for those who prefer good services.

used comb given. no water in the room, given when requested. breakfast finished before time and when requested, manager started shouting.

although the hotel was not the best - it was clean and pleasant staff with a good location and easy access to most beaches and city.

Viel zu teuer und viel zu dreckig. Organisation und Service gleich Null. Schlimmster Faktor: das Hotel ist Meilen weg von der Zivilisation kein Shop in der Nähe und viel zu teure unfreundliche Taxis die den letztgenannten Faktor massiv ausnutzen.
