Alba is doing such a good job across the country with your hotels but this branch in Ahmedabad seems to have the worst possible staff in every way. No response to customer needs. Toilet was stinking throughout the length of the stay. No glasses were provided for water. Ordered food wasn't delivered to the room. No basic respect to even provide disposables for birthday cake cutting. Please don't let such people in your staff bring disrespect to your brand
