阿玛迪海滩度假村

I checked in around 11pm; the room was not pretty; then I saw BUGS in the bed, and I noticed I didn't have a cell phone. Even when I went to the balcony, I found the room phone was broken. So I went to the lobby lobby & a bunch guys look at me a piece of meat. Then the guy behind the desk tells me the WiFi is down, If I need to make a call I can call from the lobby. I tell him it's not safe if I can't reach my family from my room. The front desk guy tells me not to worry his men will protect me (the same men looking at me like a piece of meat.) I am feeling very UNSAFE. I came back to my room and found that I really couldn’t secure the balcony door. There are no deadbolts, and the keyhole is outside (believe it or not, they have ladders in India) & The same goes for the bathroom. I left the light on in the room then i dragged the mattress into the bathroom and barricaded myself in until 5:45 am. I was able to get messages out to my sister & boyfriend periodically throughout the night. But all in all WORST hotel experience EVER! I certainly didn't stay the whole time planned. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL THIS IS HOW WOMEN DISAPPEAR Still trying to get some or all of my money back.

Everything was not what I would expect. I did not spend a single night there … lost all of my booking money too. Very very disappointing

Good and bad: GOOD: This place is in a perfect place by the beach.They have a small but nice and cool pool. The restaurant has a nice view over the ocean, the food is ok, BUT BAD: We do not find their menues transparent enough to show that they add a liquer-tax of 22% plus 9 +9 % other tax. Other places there that we visited did not do that, their prices were all inclusive. Room: the room we got had a bed that was obviuosly not checked before handing over the room to us. We found paper crap and sugar under the pillows. They changed sheets when we complained. The day after we were offered to change room since the bathroom smelled horribly. When moving two mice jumped out from behind the refrigerator in our room. The new room we got was ok, but we still think the first room should have been checked better. The manager agreed with that and apologized. But all in all it is a nice place to stay!

Location was superb. Dining options were excessively expanded for the area. The portins were not to standard. However the staff were extremely helpful.

Sadly I was hoping to be able to leave a fabulous review however we were left very underwhelmed. Location 10/10 , right on the beach Staff friendly however unable to deliver when we needed issues resolved. Restaurant served average food at over inflated prices. Whilst we appreciate that towels get stained with suncream those provided were threadbare in places and grubby , perhaps a new laundry facility should be found . Lockable drawer for valuables didn't lock and had clearly never locked as there was nothing for the locking mechanism to attach to ,we were assured it would be resolved however when we asked again were told it would need a carpenter, staff then tried to pass over the reception a safety box which wasn't secured to anything in the room so could have been taken by anyone . To summarise ,basic accommodation which was overpriced and not good value for money .
