Dirty,Filthy......run down Hotel.

The hotel was low budget. The rooms were clean but not very nice. The roll away bed was as hard as a rock. There was not a continental breakfast offered. They offered breakfast via room service and only offer eggs and toast. Tue staff was friendly and the location was great. They offered airport pickup but they were an hour and fifteen minutes late. We went outside looking for the driver and when we realized he wasn’t there the airport wouldn’t let us back in to use a phone that call and it was freezing outside. Not a good way to start our vacation. When the hotel took us back to the airport to leave, they saw d the price was going to be $1400 rupee and the driver tried to scam us into paying $1690 rupee.

Most useless place..no facilties as advertised..miserly attitude like 1 towel and 1 tea bag for a double occupant booking..not even hot water in the bathroom..felt cheated..hotels.com should get me a refund from the hotel since it was no where close towhat was de scribed. .said parking it was parking on the road at the mercy of police and thieves..

Having stayed in many Indian hotels, I have often found staff to be too solicitous, too intrusive. All I ask is a comfortable room and to be left alone unless I ask for something. This hotel, which is very well located and very well priced, was a pleasure to stay in.

This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star property. Barely functioning WiFi, cheap quality toiletries, no newspaper and no bedsheets. Highly overpriced. Avoid it if you can.

Very bad. The room was very dirty and smil. Towels was very dirty and old. Breakfast was very very bad. No quality coffe.

It is a reasonable Hotel just nearby the famous M-block market, but nothing special. Just good enough if you stay only a few days.

Amara Hotel, is the best hotel to stay in GK1 area, great staff, convenient location to the whole 9 yard. All I can say that your one stop hotel to everything. Staff are very helpful and will give you true answers to all questions you may have. Definitely want to stay again and again at this wonderful hotel.

we stayed just 1 night, room was comfortable and staff were supportive. I feel the price way high as compared to the level of this hotel

The room was surprisingly quiet, windows facing internal court. clean and well equipped. The staff including reception, house keeping, and room service very helpful and reliable. The restaurant, being in the basement is average but the food is very good Indian cuisine (as I am vegetarian I stuck to the Indian food). I had room service dinner every day and was very happy both with the food and with the service. Very enjoyable stay.

Vi havde betalt forud, 1200 kr for første nat, men blev stuvet ind på søsterhotellet, Ivory. Værelset var rent men meget lille og altandøren kunne ikke lukke. Næste nat var der stadig ikke plads på Amara, så der røg vi på hotel Private Affair om hjørnet. De havde en fin lobby og service, men værelset var meget lydt og meget mørkt. Køleskabet var møgbeskidt og tomt trods det, at vores værelse var købt med fri minibar. Da vi først blev vist ind på værelset, var det stadig beskidt med håndklæder og sengetøj smidt rundt i lokalet. Tredje nat kom vi til at bo på hotel Amara, men det svarede slet ikke til beskrivelsen på hotels.com. Der var ikke pejs, badekåber eller minibar. Værelset var heller ikke den bestilte størrelse. Hotellet kunne ikke afhjælpe noget af det. Derudover var værelset frysende koldt trods 25 grader indendørs, der lugtede af mados om morgenen og køleskabet larmede så meget, at vi måtte slukke det. Hotellet lå fint, tæt på m block market.

Decent stay. Staff a bit callous and immature. Bathroom Rooms were clean but the provisions were below average. Rooms were comfortable and linen was also clean. Overall value for money.

I'm not sure why this place has got low scores so far, I found it to be excellent value and very clean. I got a _much_ nicer room that at a more expensive hotel nearby. Although the dining room is very dingy, the indian food available for lunch and dinner was superb!

Hotel is cheap and located near the popular GK market. But they should maintain the rooms properly. On check-in I found the fridge wasn't working so had to call the front desk to get it changed. Bed wasn't comfortable like other hotels and pillows were not in a good condition. Also while booking through hotels.com, it was mentioned that room includes free breakfast but to my surprise I was told that it is not. Then I had to rang hotels.com and get it settled. This was really a hassle.

38 metrekare, balkonlu,şehir manzaralı diye geldiğimiz otelide ilk gösterdikleri oda yaklaşık 18 mertekare , sadece pencereden klimaların bulunduğu balkonu gören duvarları pislik içinde bir oda çıktı.Değiştirilmesini istediğimizde aynı büyüklükte, şehir manzarasını bırakın bina boşluğuna bakan ve karşı odayla içiçe bir oda oldu. Gece 22 civarı biranda biri kapımızı açtı (neyseki arkada kiliti kapatmıştık sadece aralayabildiler) ne oluyor dediğimizde yanlışlık olduğu söylendi.Resepsiyona durumu ilettiğimizde hiçbirşeyle ilgilenilmedi.Kahvaltı dahil denildi yalan.Otelin sadece konumu iyi başka hiçbirşeyini beğenmedim.

I often stay in hotels in new delhi. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotel i have stayed at this price . The rooms and bathroom are very clean. The staff is very cooperative and helpful particularly the managers. Though had a tiff with the receptionist. On the whole, i would rate the hotel 5. Would advise everyone to go to this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
