The reviews that I read about this hotel before booking were all very positive but unfortunately they did not match up in reality... Bed linen was dirty. Poor English language by some of the staff making it at times extremely difficult to make oneself understood. I had sent some laundry to be washed and ironed however when I returned to the hotel on my last day I was to discover that my laundry could not be located and then 30 minutes later it was then found only to be told that it had neither been washed or ironed. This was particularly frustrating as I had wanted to get changed into clean clothes after a hot a busy day before my flight back to the UK. Basic things like sachets of shampoo were not replenished on a daily basis nor was the toilet roll. I appreciate this is a budget hotel but I believe the standards were way below this and am amazed that it appears on Tripadvisor. I will not visit again.
