No frills hotel. Lots of tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast just toast and butter with jam served in the room. Quite central to Colaba area.

Colonial charm in a very nice neighborhood. My room was very large with a detached private bathroom.

Old style colonial building with some big rooms overlooking the park in a great location in Colaba. Funky, basic, but comfortable

WiFi is not strong nor consistent Would be nice if they could offer real chai, not tea bags : (

Nice older building in older part of town. I was on a quiet street the night I was there.

This is a Good value hotel close to Gateway of India

For a couple of nights its ok..does the job.unfortunately acco.odation is ridicuosly expensive in mumbai so you will never get value for money.

The hotel is reasonably priced for its location in Colaba. Our experience with the staff was positive. The negatives had to do with the level of cleanliness in the hotel—cockroaches every now and then, and slightly soiled sheets. The breakfast, also, was disappointing—only toast.

Sijainti hyvä. Vanha rakennus. Huone jossa olin, kaipaisi siistimisremonttia. Edukas hinta, ei kai voi korkeatasoista saada siihen hintaan. " Aamiainen", oikeastaan pikakahvia, paahtoleipää, voiya ja marmelaadia. Tarjoiltiin huoneeseen. Tuli sekä kylmä että kuuma vesi. Takseja kadulla hotellin luona, helppo saada kyyti ja edukkaasti.

En pleno barrio de Colaba, lo cual nos pareció un plus, más por el tránsito de la ciudad. No repetiria, no es un hotel comodo y parece abandonado. La ventaja es que no es ruidoso (milagroso para India).

Comfortable central hotel, good value, that enabled us to explore the surrounding Colaba area.

Was a relatively clean bathroom... New towels and new linen would be good plan! My sheets werent particularly clean..And no one cleaned my room in 3 days..never had that occur in a hotel before! Nonetheles, the wifi was good, the location was great and it provided a haven from the busy city...

They put me in a room which was near to the kitchen and it was extremely noisy. I requested for a change, they did provide another room, but the washroom taps were leaking, the sheets weren't clean. There was dust on the furniture, the towel was hardly washed. I was hugely disappointed.
