Room was good Staff was courteous Management is greedy & stingy and upon that not bothered about customer.

Good, parking is bad and location little congested area . Only Best hotel in this area

Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor's form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor's" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. He made me feel very unwelcome and if I hadn't been tired and had prepaid for the room, I would have found another hotel.

There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night.

Nice that property was near airport. Didn't like that internet could not keep connection, arguement over breakfast because voucher was hidden in newspaper on door, cost 310 rupees when breakfast paid and included, Most of time the staff English, although kindly willing, was not understandable. Most of my questions not understood just like breakfast thing. Air conditioner hard to operate. TV took most one day with nothing, only evening of second day able to change channels.

Good service and personal, but location very noisy

I spent a couple of nights at the Best Western and, overall, it was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower worked well (though it took quite a while for the water to get hot). My only issue was with the service. Specifically, if they knew i was going to be there for two days, why did they only set my card key to be active for one day? This caused a bit of a problem on day 2, as i had to get to a meeting, but couldnt get into my room to get things I needed. And it isnt as if this was a simple correction. For some reason, it took several trips to reception because the new keys wouldnt work, either. It seems that this would be easily resolved by activating the key card appropriately upon check-in.

Hotel is packed in a buzzing market, no vegetation around. I stayed in Room no 101 on 2 Nd October night. Bath/shower area is really bad, no place to move your hands. No taps at shower place. Bath room should be spacious.

Food was good.Waiting lobby area was very decorative and it sounds very nice..

Great place to stay and liked their unlimited breakfast buffet.

I like that the facility is near airport and shopping center..I wish the room prices are little less expensive

We use to come every year and stay here because is close to our friends. Nice area, comfortable ,however, you cannot find Diet Coke or any diet soda. The food looks good but it’s very spice and I stick with omelet, a slice of bread and chicken broth soup with rice. The menu this year came with a lot of choices and I’m trying to find out non spice and tasteful meal. My husband loves the food and for those spice lovers is a feast!

Located not too far from the airport and close to market area. surrounding is not pleasant.

Staff are friendly, but rather unattentive to specific requests. Requested plug-in mosquito repellent, but that was never provided. Requested laundry folded - came on a hanger. Requested laundry on hanger - came folded. Internet is diabolical. Food is ok, but service is slow. Air-con is not very effective, but there are ceiling fans.

Hotel staff are courtesy, premises is clean and well maintained. Definitely good for a family stay in Vishakapatnam
