Great staff and service..they accomodated all our requests and were very professional. I only wish the a/c was little better .the location was not that great to take a walk around or not close to much attractions .but overall the staff and service was great

Loud during the night throughout the early morninf at times

Had complications about billing. Eventually they understood I had already paid. They advertise rooms with two king beds. Such rooms do not exist. I ordered king bed well in advance since I am recovering from surgery and that would work best. I ultimately got it after significant effort.

The location did not have information about my reservations. Nor do they have the type rooms indicated. We bargained and made adjustments (they were friendly and understanding) and so we worked out a stay here.

Expedia has to revisit this property and decide whether to keep in their list or not. The room smelled mucky. The bathroom did not have exhaust fan and unclean shower curtain. A/C was very old and no proper air circulation. Customer service is mixed. The manager on the first day was very rude. Most of the staff members were very polite. Had to request multiple times to change the shower curtain which was smelling so bad and had stains that looked like poop. Rooms were very small to allow 3 persons. Advertised to accommodate 3 persons with 2 queen beds. All I got was a single queen bed. So just stayed by myself. Location and external look are the plus points along with some friendly staff members.

Sadly check in experience left a sour taste. Totally unprofessional and substandard behaviour of check in staff. Check in time is 12Noon. Flying international and reached at 2am. The check in person refused to allow me to check in even if I paid an extra day. Refused entry to the lobby as well.Totally unprofessional attitude. No apologies were ever tendered. Overall a mixed experience

Major wifi issues: needs major upgrade for wifi connectivity. Otherwise staff are very helpful and attentive. Close to shopping & restaurant scene and major highways.

Beverly Hotel is quite OK and in good locality. Fecilities and food also very good...

Excellent breakfast included and very friendly staff. Just 5 min to next metro station. I will definitely come back.

The room facilities are very old and dated (especially the washroom). Washroom door also wouldn't close and the thermostat is difficult to operate (the switch jams and there is no functioning automatic mode). The staff was great overall but one evening during dinner at the restaurant, I witnessed a waiter coughing, then running into the kitchen and spitting off to the side. Another waiter was also loudly sniffling - not appealing because I don't want to get sick! Overall it is good value for the price, but not upscale.

This hotel seems better rated at 2-2.5 stars. The room size and amenities are fine. The bathroom is OK--mildew in the shower. Food in the restaurant is average and certainly fine for a night or two. The internet is very unreliable and frequently inoperable and has a poor signal when it works. Staff is generally helpful and well-intentioned. I called the night prior to inquire about a pick-up from the airport and was SPECIFICALLY told there would be no charge. When I checked out, there was a charge in excess of 750 INR for this and the representatives denied ever having told me there was no charge. Perhaps there are language barriers, I'm not sure. Very average stay and I suspect other lodging in the city would be will worth it.

Food was a disappointment, so also cleanliness of bathroom.

First all staff were courteous and helpful. The check in process was smooth and efficient. Room service and house keeping was excellent. A few suggestions are that the hotel is aging and they could do with renovating the bath rooms.
