Hotel is clean and well maintained. Food could be better. Especially breakfast items. Overall a great stay

Decent place nice breakfast

Location is good. Convenient for people going to nearby companies.

The door knobs came out when I tried opening the cup board. I couldn't use one of the cup boards. Since my room was the corner, the room gets heated up pretty quickly. There was a lot of dust in the cupboards

The best experience we had but room service was little delayed

The stay was quite okay, but the location is a bit far from the City. Hence, the transportation becomes a hassle. If you avail the hotel's transportation, it is extremely expensive. If you want to book a cab, you should have an App of that particular cab, which is inconvenient for those who come outside India. The hotel staff was reluctantly assisting to book those cabs. The food is excellent, but the amenities in the room need improvement. For instance, we do not find a mirror in the room except the bathroom area. The staffs in the restaurant are too friendly, but the reception and security staffs should improve their hospitality skills.

Hotel is a newly built one and is near to IT companies like Intel,Accenture,... The phone number provided by hotels.com is not working and it was hard to find the same. Other than that, the stay is good. Neat and clean. Has 2 restaurants--One Andra style which is ok. Other one Flavors of India is really good. Hotel has good accessibility to buses;uber,..

From entry to exit everything is ultimate. Amazing Service starts from entrying. its was raining offered umbrella so keep us safe from becoming wet. then ultimate welcome at reception. its new property which is clean. when i asked something given with so love and respect. Now Food :) i m indian (punjabi) we are foodty. Man food is ultimate no matter u want to have north or south food. you will be happy at end. Wait for me ultimate team.we will come again to banglore and stay with you. we got one more reason to stay at banglore . Best of Luck. Vinay

Clean and nice staff

Clean, good service good food good location

everything is not bad, but the location is quite terrible. I could hear traffic nosie very clearly. I couldn't sleep comfortablely. Breakfast was not bad, but I felt there needs more international foods for business travelers. nevertherless, it's still a reasonble price and good place in India.
