The hotel premises were amazing, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the à la carte dinner options. However, the hotel management should focus on improving room service, as we experienced delays and a lack of responsiveness.

We had a great stay here and the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. Food was good and had a wide selection. Beautifully situated in a quiet surrounding and not far from the lovely town of Pushkar

Great property though still under construction and tidying up so expect to see some roughage, friendly and well mannered service oriented staff but not disabled friendly or accessible. Minor tit bits here and there but within acceptable limits otherwise. Check in process requires passports for international travelers and visas that was not previously disclosed.
