Amazing hotel

Lovely place to stay in Munnar. Very welcoming and friendly staff throughout, food is excellent with a lot of choice. Lots of activities included with the stay. Great location for visiting waterfalls and beautiful tea plantation hills. Highly recommend!

Amazing

Blanket resort location is the best you can ever find, perched up on top of the waterfall. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Food, especially the breakfast was excellent.

Excellent Staff, Great Food, and a Beautiful View. Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay.

Loved our 5 night stay. Awesome views and location. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure comfort and all our needs were met. Lots of variety of food and all to a high standard. Linen and rooms were clean. Live singers, yoga, cookery demos and entertainment made it extra special. All the staff deserve credit for their efforts

Great location and great food! This was a good hotel to stay in for our visit to Munnar

This is a small but excellent hotel. The facilities in the room are very good. The bed is great and the views are magnificent. The staff is brilliant. They are pleasant, professional and efficient. It is a great place to stay and would visit again if coming to Munnar.

Great stay! Very welcoming and provided good food options for my family. The view is beautiful here and the pool upstairs is picturesque!

Sopping bit far

Not really a 5 star, room and bathroom not very big, we had much better elsewhere, but splendid view and comfortable bed. Service in restaurant was great thanks to its manager! Noisy hotel, room doors not sound insulated while children play and scream in the corridors until 11pm and from 7:30am! Noisy dining room too, as often in India. hotel out of the way, a little far from everything. Apparently this hotel does not provide anything for the Driver unfortunately, except 2 washrooms for lots of them.

We have booked the Honeymoon Pavilion room to celebrate our anniversary. We requested a small cake & bed decoration which they did wonderful without charging us any extra penny. Regarding the view, it was just breathtaking. The combination of waterfalls & mountains will definitely win your heart. You may get lost in natural with your morning tea and the roaring sounds of the waterfall mixing with the sweet voice of the birds. The hotel may not looks pretty polished from outside but very clean and well maintained from inside. All the staff are very friendly & welcoming and they will always try to feel you how special you are to them. Food was good & taste. A lots of options in the complementary breakfast. You will also get complementary evening tea and snacks, which is good. The only thing we are not happy with is the number of options for a non-vegetarian in the dinner buffet. Ala Carte menu price is on the higher side. Over all we are extremely happy with the service & location & view offered by the resort.

The staff was fantastic and great food.

Wi-fi was not stable. Wi-fi was very weak, very slow. Hotel has only Lift (Elevator) for the customers. Lift was always crowded and long waiting time. In the restaurant, there were only three servers (attendants). Service was very slow.

Wonderful stay! The service and staff was exceptional! Beautiful view! They had yoga class, walk to the nearby waterfall and infinity pool. Highly recommended!
