The room was fresh and clean.. The breakfast was delicious The staff were amazing. Including taxi drivers and security Thank you for such an enjoyable stay

The room, actually the 3 rooms I was offered were full of mould, including pillows which were grey because of the mould. And that’s a 40€ a night “business” hotel. After 30 min discussion with the manager, at 11pm I finally managed to cancel the reservation and was promised a full refund, even got a paper as a proof. Of course didn’t happen. They count the reservation to take the money. Had to contact an agent for a refund. Avoid the property.

Hotel is pretty good, not too far from Mapusa Market. Very polite staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and we enjoyed the south indian breakfast. If you are not used to south Indian breakfast, you have an option of different style of eggs, cereal and fruits. The only drawback is the wifi system. We could not get wifi in our rooms. Telephone is not provided in the rooms. If for some reason your cell phone has a problem, you have to go thru Reception to make a call. Boshan Hotel should definitely provide telephones atleast for local calls in the rooms.

Comfortable, good ambience, not very modern, but good hospitality!

After a long and tiring journey was disappointed that no notification was given by Expedia of our arrival nor that we had booked in at the hotel. After a lengthy wait at reception and telephone conversation between the hotel receptionist and Expedia we were allowed into our room. Although the staff spoke very little English they were helpful and courteous. The Manager, Dominic Dias was quite helpful. Even though the towels and bed linen were changed every day, there were big stains all over, even the floor mats were dirty. We tried turning over the sheets but then found the sheets towards the feet were torn. There were also cockroaches in the room which we had to spray on a daily basis. Breakfast facilities were inadequate as people were waiting to be seated in spite of there being a larger room which was not in use. Apart from that food trays were empty as staff was unable to cope.
