茶花艾勒塔里雅酒店

Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness.

The room was good but the staff at front desk held us for sometimes for the room clearance which we do understand. But when he came back he said there was one coffee cup is missing and I said there was only one coffee cup they gave us at the time of check in which they should know as well. Then the girl at the front desk held few more minutes just to clarify the number of cups. See I paid 6000rs for that room just for a night regardless of no other entertainments which I did not expected. I did not mentioned about that I was expecting some more extra activities apart from the play room when we pay that much money for a night. But when you guys hold us to checking for that coffee is very disrespectful. Tony the owner should teach your front desk staff how to treat your customers with respect and integrity.

Very beautiful resort. Nice clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. It is about 1 hour from Munnar town by taxi.
