I would like to complain about Hotels.com service, since in fact there is no collaboration between Hotels.com and RH Casa Cottage. So although we had booked and prepaid for reservation for which we received at payment receipt back in February. The reservation was unfortunately not valid. We were lucky that there was a room for us for the first two nights - but we had to find another hotel for the last night. Also we had to pay double. The hotel is fine local hotel old fashioned style - Rooms cleaned nicely. and the staff very serviceminded for our stay in Bangalore. However we would like to request refund from Hotels.com for the payment made. Hope to hear back from Hotel.com soon

Spend 3 nights at Casa Cottage and I was a great experience. We had a wonderful Room (number 18) with a great balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and the owner are extremely nice and helpful. When we went home from the City,with it’s noise and traffic, it was very lovely to come to our Casa Cottage, were everything is quiet among the great vegetation.

Throughly enjoyed our short stay at Casa Cottage. Comfortable room, lovely garden setting within property, friendly and helpfull staff who made us feel welcome.Enjoyed our evening meal from Tom's Kitchen. Will have to stay for longer next time. Thank you.

My stay of five days at Casa Cottage was the highlight of my business trip to Bangalore. The vintage European feel, quiet location, helpful staff, and the garden courtyard were outstanding.

Staff were very helpful at all times. Lazar was a great help with an online form. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining/ sitting area was delightful, a real oasis in busy Bangalore. Chatted with many guests whilst dining and just sitting enjoying the atmosphere.

This is such a wonderful garden oasis in a great location in Bangalore. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and you're walking distance to a number of restaurants and malls and Cubbon park. Loved it here!

A nice place that I can really recommend. friendly staff who can help with most things. A little nice garden with wonderful flowers where you can sit for a quiet moment. Breakfast buffet was good, there was what you needed. Clean and nice, cleaning every day.

A unique experience. The location is excellent, and the property itself is outstanding - a heritage house laid out amongst a large vibrant garden. Since it is a very old building, the rooms themselves have their quirks - tiny windows, the bathroom is just partitioned from the rest of the room - but if you can look beyond that then this is a steal at its price. The complimentary breakfast is lavish, and pets are allowed.

Stayed at this property as a stopover while on a road trip with our pet dog. The place was clean and green. Property has a very nice touch and has a lot of elements to make it unique. Request the owners/managers to however be a little more courteous to prepare food for our pets accompanying us. The caretaker was very hospitable and helped in providing us with the little things we needed.

Charming family run establishment with great service ethic. Most of the guests seem to be repeat visitors. Nice grounds and tasty breakfast. Good location close to center but quiet.

I loved this place. Very pretty and peaceful yet central, nice rooms, lovely garden to sit in and such friendly helpful staff. Can't wait for my next visit.

The value for money this place represents is incredible. lt is not 5* and you don't pay 5* prices but it has absolutely everything I want. The owners have an excellent understanding of what any traveller might need. working A.C, WiFi, a fridge, individually switched bedside lamps, outside seating, a kettle, reasonably priced beer for sale, a knowledgeable front desk, s book exchange and the icing on the cake fresh real coffee (no Bru, real perculated coffee!) The bed linen is a tad dated, don't expect Irish linen but it's clean. We took advantage of the tuktuk tour at 150 rupees an hour it was fantastic, if you're British & visit Tipu Sultan palace be prepared to be suitably ashamed of your heritage as l was still very worth a visit. And being the IT capital Uber is available with pool share for cheap airport transfer should you need it.
