Rooms are spacious enough. For daily cleaning of the room you will have to ask and it will be done in your presence only. During our stay of four nights bathrooms were never cleaned and for this reason you find the bathroom fittings dull enough. Similarly bed linens were not changed even once. For fresh towels you will have to remind them. Since it is a market place there is enough eating options around, especially non-veg foods but you will have to wait for breakfast well beyond 10 am because shops will open late.

I think this hotel should be closed because all facilities are very Very poor 😪

We leaved there for 2 days. But we have not seen any type of cleaning in side the room and dustbeen have not cleaned also. Bathroom was not proper cleaned. Hot water and cold water for drinking purpose have supplied from Hotel.

Rooms at back very poor and no WiFi: rooms on front very spacious airy and clean and also have great WiFi. Good room service and laundry and very good value. A classic feel in a very interesting part of old lucknow

The filthiest and the most shabby hotel I have ever stayed in. Cobwebs, full of dirt, looked like the bedsheets and pillowcases were not changed. Toilet was not clean. And most disgusting of all - RATs. There were two rats running across the room. And when I told about the rats in the reception, I was asked to keep the door open so that the rats can go out. My booking was for 2 nights and I wanted to checkout after the first night itself. And I was told that I need to pay the full amount for 2 nights.

extremely good value hotel; built in 1930s and has period charm together with very spacious rooms. It is in a very busy and congested part of the city (great for observing the city but at times makes transport very difficult). Really enjoyed staying in this characterful hotel and characterful part of the city.

City center. Large rooms. But need maintenance. Otherwise Ok.
