The most amazing experience!

The service at this hotel is incredible. Rooms wwre luxurious and immaculate. Breakfast buffet was the best we experienced at any hotel on our trip. We loved the hotel so much, we decided to return to it during the second half of our trip instead of trying out another hotel. Everyone remembered us from our initial stay and welcomed us back. They even made us a special "welcome back" cake that was presented to us at breakfast. We couldn't have had a better stay.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was excellent and the food delicious. The Hotel has a great location very close to the shopping centers.

We stayed two days at the Conrad after staying at the Taj. The Conrad was beautiful and more modern but the service was severely lacking and there was definitely a lack of organization throughout the hotel. When we checked in, we got a room that unfortunately smelled like mold. We requested to be moved, and they did find us another room but it was after an hour. We were escorted to the executive lounge while we were waiting so that was nice and Anisha at the front desk was helpful to try to resolve the issue. However, thereafter it took forever to get our bags to the room. The room was not fully ready when we did arrive. Missing towels, bath mat, etc. At breakfast the service was very disjointed and all over the place. There was no dedicated waitress/waiter. Noone really came to ask if we needed anything. I felt we had to ask multiple different people to be served. Though the Conrad is shiner, it could take a book out of Taj's service manual.

Best stay during our travel in India, stunning locations and very kind staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I found my stay at Conrad to be very memorable , with your great staff and service care esp Atu at the SPA , ALSO YOUR OWONDERFUL DECOR AND LOBBY ENTERTAINMENT. I definitely will isit again and wound recommend your hotel .

I had a really great stay so happy I booked this hotel. The staff were fantastic overall Overall I enjoyed Everything. Next time in South India I would come back to this hotel

Everything good, with the exception of the gym, which is used by outsiders too. They treat the space as their own and will make you feel as if it’s owned by them. So unless the hotel restricts the usage of the gym to hotel guests only, mishaps are bound to happen.

We generally stay at conard or oberoi whenever we visit banglore. Staff service is pretty excellent and have lot of dining options. Swimming pool is also nice and view from high floor rooms are solid. Had multiple stays here , would definitely recommend this property.

Was excellent

We stayed recently 7 nights at the Conrad Bengaluru hotel. We made a fantastic experience in this hotel. The staff, both in the hotel as well as in the restaurants were very friendly and the service was outstanding. Especially Esha at the reception desk has to be mentioned, as she was exceptionally helpful and it was amazing how she took care about us during the whole stay. Furthermore, the team and the food of the Indian restaurant in the Conrad hotel was a very good experience for us, that we could recommend without any limit.
