The room was very clean, and all the staff were extremely hospitable.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying.

Room leaning services for the seventh floor were great and very responsive.
Food options were spectacular and hospitality and attentiveness of front desk was superior.
The only problem was the disruption of transportation to/from the hotel due to construction. Uncomfortable, inconvenient, and dirty, Can traffic be routed to another point other than the from of the hotel? Regrettably this construction will limit my ability to use the hotel for the next two years.

I arrived at 2:00am and was trying to get a sleep before the connecting flight next day. When I checked out the manager asked me about my satisfaction, I gave 8 out of 10, but the manager seemed so disappointed. I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve. After my departure, they texted me by Whatsapp several times, until I blocked them. I think it was unnecessary. In my point of view, they should not be using customer's data so easily.

This was my first trip to India, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Three callouts from my stay..,
1). I was amazed by the food variety at the breakfast/lunch buffet. This was well beyond the typical eggs, sausage, and hasbrowns you’d find at a hotel buffet in the US
2). The staff was attentive and friendly. I received regular queries from their Guest Ambassador, Pritisha, via WhatsApp throughout my stay and a handwritten note and bowl of fruit from her on my last evening
3) The rooftop pool area was a serene respite with beautiful views of the city
