Amazing staff and hotel

Good breakfast and dining choices. Staff is very attentive.

Went to Bhopal to meet my family and old friends. Had a pleasant 4 days in Bhopal. The Courtyard Marriott is a convenient location and access to the DB Mall is a plus.

Absolutely amazing hotel, fantastic service. Buffet breakfast was top notch. All staff were very helpful and took great care of us even when arriving late after an international flight

Location is excellent , food is good

Great staff and service overall, a very helpful female staff member arranged a shredder for heaps of confidential docs, we waited 45 minutes but all done successfully. Highly recommended. We were extending our stay, but my husband confused the dates and the hotel were understanding about the situation after I made a few calls and rectified things as a goodwill gesture. Would stay here again

We got room very late in the evening

Property is well maintained. Staff is very courteous. We loved our stay at the hotel. Mall is next door which was very convenient. Easy to get rental cars due to the location.

Dinner was very expensive. There was no arrangement for heating in rooms unless you ask for.

Courteous and helpful staff

The linens and bathrobe were dirty and used. There was a delay in room service.

The reception staff was helpful and friendly. Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is very good.

We Reserved twin bed but offered king to us I was travelling with baby who was sleeping in my arms Checked in at 1:40pm just 20 mins prior then also the staff at reception was rude that rooms are getting ready Then it was dusty I called them, they sent it after an hour Complained for tv in the noon but they sent the technician at night Cupboard has broken door Table bed side table floor was not very much clean and room was smelling as if been closed since many a days Overall staff was polite but not prompt Also body lotion should also be provided in toiletries

Friendly staff and they have free shuttle to town.

The toilet commode wasn't clean. Even after calling room service, they failed to clean it it properly. Everything else was fine, but this spoiled the experience.
