It was very clean, and the housekeeping was top notch – they tidied all our shambolic piles of books up every morning, and were happy to wait until we went out, which was sometimes quite late in the day. Aircon was great, Laundry service was astoundingly good. Breakfasts are plentiful – great South Indian stuff. The staff are very attentive – the doorman rushes to open the door for you, the waiters clear your plates the moment you have finished. The room was massive, and on the side road so we didn't get too much traffic noise.
It's very handy (walkable) for Ranga Shankara. The only down side is that it is on a massive, busy main road which is currently undergoing major road works.
It's a traditional Indian business style hotel. There are no real public areas, so you just have your room.

The Hotel did not have intimation from Hotels.com and even though I had prepaid the booking, I had to pay again at hotel for room charges.
My call to your call center has not resolved the refund !

Chose it since close to office location. Clean room. Fast service. Room is basic. Bathroom should have had separator between Toilet and bath area to prevent whole bathroom from getting wet.
