Clean room and amenities

トイレはとても綺麗で部屋の中もとても綺麗でした。朝食も様々用意されており、グルテンフリーのマフィンなどもありました。スタッフも優しくまた利用したいです。

Not only was the room well serviced & comfortable, the service from the entrance, check in & departure was warm & excellent. Special mention goes to the staff at the main restaurant where breakfast was served. They were so hospitable & did their best to make my start for each day welcoming.

Best part of this property is the amazing staff. Also, the restaurant food was very, very good. Housekeeping staff was attentive friendly and helpful.

The Staff here is outstanding. The needs of their guests are attended to. We so appreciate coming here and hightly recommend this hotel to tourist.

Staff was caring and quick to respond

The property staff majorly is not really welcoming towards the guests. They serve half glass welcome drink which is a cheap quality syrup. And looks very bad as half glass. They are not ready to even serve customers for silly things as helping get the customer charge the phone for 15 mins. The restaurants have tooo small menu to choose. Indeed nothing to choose much. They don’t sell suite rooms online as they said and compel customers who have taken junior suite to upgrade by paying 50% more than what they have actually paid for junior suite. They itself confessed that they don’t sell regular suite rooms online to do the same. It’s not suitable to be a Accor brand. Very disappointed over all.

Not worth the price

We stayed for one evening during our travels and had a sleepless night due to a wedding event happening at the venue. We called reception several times but staff couldn’t confirm when the event would finish. Finally after 12:45am we managed to get some sleep.

Reception party was on going when i checked in. Loud music till 12.45am, staff were no help to say when it wiuld finish and i could get limited sleep. My daughter in law received innappropriate gestures and contact from a staff member, which made her really scared and uncomfirtable. When i reported thus to management they simply asked the staff oerson to leave his shift that day. Next morning i met the reneral manager but te also seemed not that bothered with the situation. I have asked fir an update with that staff member, i diubt whether they fontact me. Would not stay there again at all.
