clean ,big room ,very good location ,near the main Attractions, air condition is old ,no free water ,but it has High performance-price ratio in mumbai, it need to take taxi to nearby train stations(matro)

Staff a little reserved/officious at times. A situation over hotel rules was handled without tact and made me consider moving. Breakfast basic. My room was skipped for cleaning one day. Wifi did not work until the second day and no obvious effort made to fix this when it broke or inform guests when it was back. No apology offered. Door and generalnstaff very helpful. Some.street noise and loud music from neighbouring bar, but I felt this was reasonable/unavoidable for a downtown location.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for a great location, easy access to local historical sites, kind and professional service on every level, a generous breakfast, and a comfortable bed. We stayed for six nights at the Diplomat and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Incredible locaton on the back of the Taj Mahal Palace on the Arabian Sea coast. Heart of the old Mumbai

Truly one of the worst hotels i have stayed at. Right above a night club that was pumping music until 2am every night. The elevator was broken and the breakfast was awful. Booked a double bed on this platform got a single bed.

The management are always helpful and accommodating.

The manager was excellent and quickly sorted my luggage problem after a mix-up at the airport. She went above and beyond to resolve it. I was extremely grateful for her excellent and kind assistance.

It was quite moldy and old. The staff was nice but one of the nights there was a party with loud music until 1am... We could feek the vibrations while sleeping, it was a bit intense

Location is very good

Not the best hotel, but i believe there are better parts of the hotel. Unfortunately we ended up in the "less good" part of the hotel. The room was cleaned, but not clean. The bed was "family sized" and not well made. The sheet kept sliding and unfortunately we got to see the mattress. It was not for the faint of heart. The breakfast was not bad, but I was happy we were only staying for one night. There is a nice deli next to the hotel, for lunch. And if you want to pay for it, there is actually a Starbucks across the street.

The location is great, but the car horns outside are so loud that earplugs are a must.
