Clean room and care taker was very helpful.

Excellent stay at very affordable price.

Terrible experience. We checked in and paid for our stay "after" that the staff said we will now be taking you to another area/building as you have been booked into another place. That was a red flag but I was travelling with my elderly parents and mother in law so I couldn't do much. They then drove us to this place which was below expectation. I had requested late check out due to my mum not feeling well and needed rest. We flew in pretty late from overseas and had our domestic flight the next evening. The "manager" I spoke to assured me late check out won't be a problem (I had offered extra payment for late check out but he refused). Next morning another "manager" called at 10 am and asked us to leave the place by 11am. Expedia site shows check in and check out time as "noon". I told the guy I am happy to pay and have got elderly parents who are not well and requested couple of hours stay, but he flat out refused. I had to leave the place in heavy rain because of that.

Great stay

Pick-up from airport was prompt, hotel is clean but not what I would call comfortable. There was no hot water, and nowhere to hang clothes. The breakfast was ok if you like Indian food (which I do) but very limited choice for westerners.

We arrived to Mumbai on 31/07/2017 at midnight. The driver from the Dragonfly Apartment picked us up from the international airport . We are four of us Myself my wife, daughter and son. We have been taken to apartment which was no where near what was shown on Expedia website. The living room has some light bulb missing. sofas and dining table was never cleaned and full of stains. The bedrooms and bathrooms was very uncleaned and filthy. The air conditioned in both rooms were not working properly and keep switching off after five minutes. The wardrobes were broken and full of cockroaches. The fridge were full of molds with black stains and smelly. There was no hot water supply. The lift was never serviced and cleaned. We whole family stuck between the floors in the lift twice on the same day. I made a phone call to hotel for us to shift in a better apartment or in a hotel. They said that they have no other apartment and rooms in the hotel are fully booked. After lots of argument with the hotel staff, we have decided to leave hotel. Only then the Manager has agreed to give us a room in the hotel in the following day in the evening. It was very bad experience and very scary because I had my family with young children and we were very unknown to Mumbai city. Please do not adverse this hotel apartment in your website. Do not put any other family in danger like we were, purely because you would like to earn few pounds of commissions. It was so so so bad experience.

we liked the location and service person is good. and the main problem we faced TV in the room. it is small but the hotel manager is happy to help with that. thank you

This was an interesting experience. I would think this would be better listed on air bomb not expediea. It's essentially an apartment that a guy lives in and rents out two of his rooms to people from the hotel. The room and bathroom wasn't as nice as it looked in the images. On the positive the bed was super comfortable

There is no reception counter. The address is actually the unit number. Got a shock of our life when we arrived in a Cab. Don't know who to approach, the security of the building could not understand English. Later a young man came down to receive us. He was nice and polite. He spoke not good English. Everything was fine afterwards. They offered free shuttle to airport though which was a plus side.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was quickly serviced and escorted to the room. The room was clean and roomy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is terrible. They advertise something on Expedia and show us some other property. On Expedia I saw the property of the hotel and when we arrived they took us to residential apartment which was very disappointing. Will not recommend to anyone.
