除了房間有點小以外，房間狀況都很不錯 但是在夜晚會有鄰居嘈雜的重低音音樂聲直到半夜，相當影響睡眠品質

This delightful boutique hotel is enhanced by the wonderful staff under the management of Hemond who is extremely welcoming and made our visit memorable. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and the WiFi is the best we have experienced in any of the hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is well placed for access to the main attractions of Mumbai and for cruise ship passengers. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Mumbai,

Great location, friendly and courteous staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served efficiently and top ups of coffee were freely available. Manager Mr. Hemond Amanna was so helpful in helping us sort out a visa problem. 🙏

Check in was very good, the concierge was excellent providing map with suggestions to do. The kitchen attendants were very nice and helpful. Location was good and easy access to transportation and gateway of India, walking distance from Victoria Terminus

Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was really nice and filling. They also let us keep our bags there after we checked out, these were kept safely for us

We stayed two nights and found the hotel to be in an excellent location for seeing the tourist attractions of Mumbai. We had arrived in Mumbai after a long train journey and despite not having a restaurant, the hotel was able to order an excellent lunch from a local restaurant which came within 20 minutes and was absolutely delicious. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was exactly what we as a family needed before going off to do a tour of Dharavi. The staff, headed by the wonderfully courteous and thoughtful manager, Hemond, were always polite and efficient. A hotel which does its utmost to ensure you have a restful and restorative stay.
