Only stayed one night--everything was good. The neighborhood was great. The room service hours were a bit confusing, but everything worked out. The balcony was a great touch to our room, the staff were nice and accommodating.

We, a young couple, stayed in the escape hotel and spa for 2 nights during an indian wedding in bangalore in august. The check-in was really easy and fast, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern and quite big. The bed was cosy and soft, sheets were clean and new. The bathroom is quite small, but also clean and modern. The pool at the 5th floor is really nice, as well as the breakfast at the restaurant. We can just rate the breakfast buffet, because we had dinner outside the hotel. The rooms are quiet, the hotel itself is located at the 100th feet road in indiranagar next to the sony center. I just can honestly recommend the hotel to everybody.

Hotel was originally well built but is not maintained as it should be. Need repairs and new paint etc was really annoyed by the firealarm in our room which one night went off thoughout the night with 5-10 minutes interval without the staffbe able to turn it off - even after more complaints to the staff.

Half the thing in the room were not working properly from the Phone in the room to the TV. The room was nice but the service was horrible. There was no room service menu in the room as well. Also, they served cold food in the room and took more than an hour to being it. The staff also refused to give me 2 keys for the room. The location of the hotel was very nice on the other hand.

Apparently used to be a good hotel, it's gone to seed. If you like living in slum-like conditions, you should try this place. Otherwise, give it a wide berth.

The hotel has a great location in Bangalore's Indiranagar district. Close to many bars, restaurants and cafes and walking distance to my office. Hotel is a little noisy as it's on the corner of a busy street, but the location is great. Hotel rooms are a very decent size, rooms are clean, and bed comfy. Internet a little problematic, but that's common in India!

Stannade 3 nätter. Minimal lobby men schyssta fräscha rum med mycket bra sängkläder, frukost ingår och nära till många restauranger. Åt av allt på frukostbuffén och magen klarade sig vilket måste vara ett ok betyg. Receptionen tar dubbla priset för taxi till flyget, klart tveksamt. Bäst är sängkläderna och restauranger på 100ft road. Att åka taxi dit görs enklast genom säga "sony center 100 ft road", alla taxichaffisar vet var sony ligger men ingen känner till detta hotell.

Hotel's location is very good. Room with balcony is pleasing. The quality of breakfast and the service is disappointing. Breakfast spread and taste is mediocre and people standing around to help give you blank stares and keep confirming what you want over and over. I asked for an extension for checkout time and was given till 12:30PM vs. my request for 2PM. I appreciate it. But later they offered extension in units of 30 minutes - first extending it to 1pm and then 1:30pm. It would have been great if they could just give me till 1:30 to start with.
For me, this hotel is not a keeper, but it is also not for my discard list.

The Escape Hotel & Spa is a perfectly located in Indiranagar which is our most favorite neighborhood in Bangalore. We checked in smoothly around midnight and were impressed by the large room. On the following days, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the friendliness of staff to book reservations at our preferred restaurants. The only disappointment was that the roof top area including the restaurant, the pool, and the spa was under renovation during our stay. However, we enjoyed having breakfast in the Black Rabbit bar of the hotel. Furthermore, we leveraged the perfect location to explore nearby restaurants and shops in Indiranagar.

I wanted to stay somewhere quiet, but close to the metro and some entertainment options. 'Escape' managed all those requirements very well. Other reviews have commented on the noise, particularly on weekends but it wasn't a major problem. Negatives - I did have someone doing renovations work involving hammers in the next room on Sunday morning. The breakfast buffet was fairly lacklustre and lukewarm but the fresh cooked options were always good.
Staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. All up is definitely recommend it.

My only issue with this booking was that check in and check out time were not mentioned online. I was travelling internationally and i wasn't able to call and confirm and because of which i had to stay one night elsewhere.
The hotel was beautiful and so was the room.

My stay was for a day.at the time of booking i had booked "night rate" which had no check in time on the booking page which led me to believe that i can check in any time.
When i showed up the person at the reception had no answer to it and since they were complete booked, i had to stay the night somewhere else.

We were there with family to attend a family wedding function and therefore took up several rooms.The hotel stay was comfortable and the food was very good. Overall all family members had only good things to say about their stay and kudus to the staff who were very attentive.

The check in was smooth. My room on the 3rd floor was clean and spacious. The king bed was comfortable and the pillows soft and comfy. Minibar was fully stacked. The cashews were divine! There are 2 types of rooms one with and the other without a balcony. The breakfast is complimentary and served on the top floor in a boutique Spanish style restaurant. The limited buffet spread was compensated by the facility to order a-la-carte items.
The wifi connectivity was inconsistent. Had to re-enter details every time I went back to the wifi environment. The restaurant wifi was much better. If you are a mac user you will have issues in connecting.
