Location unfit for the property. Excellent location for apporoch to Airport.

Only 5 lounge chairs at the roof top pool and people just leave their there towels on there for hours. Someone was drying their laundry on the one chair. Security guard wouldn't move it. Laundry service is slow, suppose to have it back by 11:30am and had to fight to get it back at 2:30, finally around 3pm it showed up still wet. Great location for the airport, front deck staff are generally helpful

The hotel was beautiful, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by Puja and when checking in by Roshni who made me feel comfortable and even gave a complimentary breakfast! The room was a little small but still really clean and utilised well.

Airport hotel but charged a lot for transfer to airport. Rooms are excellent.

Very convenient

We stayed here before an early morning flight, and for the short distance to the airport, it's all about convenience. Our 10th floor room was on the same floor as the pool and seemed to have a faint odor to it, but otherwise it was fine. Rooms are fairly small, but again, for the price and location, it fits the bill.

Property is nice and good value for money. Room is quite small and recommended only for solo travellers

The rooms are small but I got the layover space that I needed for a reasonable price. Terrific staff and the breakfast quality and selection is top notch

Overall stay at the hotel was very good across the board

I have mixed feelings about my stay. We arrived from a 24 hour flight at 1 AM. The hotel lobby and entry to the lobby is wonderful and it was about a 5 minute Uber ride from the airport. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and we had high hopes. However, after settling in we realized our beds had bed bugs. Like coated in them in the sheets, and even on the outer layer. If the room was adequately cleaned the night before, staff should have noticed the bugs. Having to move rooms after travel at 2 am was miserable. The room we were moved to did not have visible bugs but I have a hard time believing they were only contained to one room. I would not recommend.
